when we analyze and export files as rtf files, they show in Word with a font called Arial0, which seems to be the default font on our system (which it didn't before, and we didn't make any changes on our system which could cause this) changing the default font in Trados-Setup doesn't change this Arial0 problem. when we analyze and export files as rtf files, they show in Word with a font called Arial0, which seems to be the default font on our system (which it didn't before, and we didn't make any changes on our system which could cause this) changing the default font in Trados-Setup doesn't change this Arial0 problem. Anybody experienced something similar? How can we resolve this?
Furthermore, especially in txt files with German Umlaute, the exported rtf text from Trados (export unknown segments->export as Word rtf) shows Chinese characters instead of German Umlaute and their next characters... What can be the cause, and how can we resolve this?
