Server Termbase access for GroupShare projects

Hi,

Since I am using GroupShare for SDL projects, any Termbase associated with the project is being deactivated. I cannot select Servers to be able to REselect the appropriate Termbase as it is grayed.
Same issue if I need to access server based TM from Studio. All the options from the dropdown menu are grayed apart from the 1st one (File-based TM).

Also, I also have no longer access to the usual menus on the left (above Language pairs) if projects are made avail... See more

AND...the system is very very slow if working on GS projects.

Hi, I work at SDL.

Are you sure you have permission on the server to make those changes on the project?

You can add local, file based TMs, but changing server based TM and termbase settings is controlled by your server permissions.

I see your point but Why the Termbase is being deactivated after the project has been downloaded, the project manager asked me to add the term base through accessing the server based term base..
She also asked me once to add a TM, the same way, but same issue...she should have given me permission then.

This is a known issue that is temporatily affecting one of our recent releases of SDL GroupShare installed on only one or two servers. Perhaps you could email me with details of your vendor and we can work together to address your situation?

ps: please also report the issue associated to the deactivation of the termbase, this is a systematic issue.
