I had to zoom in quite a bit; but I see two rock climbers: one in a light blue shirt along one of the crevices (on the right-side of the picture) about 1/3 way up to the top of the rock formation, another, shirtless, along the corner crevice where two sheer walls of rock cliffs meet perpendicularly, about 1/8 way up to the top.

And then there are two people at the base of the rock formation, looking up respectively at the two climbers.

七姊妹 Seven Sisters 一词源自 16 世纪伦敦泰晤市河以北一个民居的七棵榆树。这些榆树围成一个大圆圈，中间长著一棵核桃树。

现在的 “七姊妹” 位于伦敦市中心以北在阿仙奴足球会 Arsenal 附近，坐地铁轻易可到。

在香港，除了有又一村、彩虹村，在北角的健康村就位于 “七姊妹道”。

但是，此七姊妹与彼七姊妹有很大不同。

原来英国的七姊妹国家郊野公园有七个高低不同的山头。每一个山头都有一个名字， 分別是 Haven Brow, Short Brow, Rough Brow, Brass Point , Flat Hill, Bailey’s Hill 和 Went Hill.

我从 Went Hill 出发，特别走到海边从低角度、近距离仰头观望欣赏高高笔直的白崖，又是另一番风味。

徒步攀越了七个山头之后，高高低低的地势，有时候是蛮吃力的。

沿途看到很多一群群的灰兔子，一看到人来，全部转头四散奔跑。蹦蹦跳跳的时候，只看到它们白色的臀部，在绿草黄花的山岭上，此起彼落，逃窜至他们挖掘好的地洞阵，煞是奇观！

令人联想到《爱丽斯梦游仙境》"Alice in the Wonderland" 里面会引路的兔子。

当到达最后一个山岭时，在 Haven Brow 居高临下，看到一个地理奇景 － 牛轭湖 Ox Bow Lake, 或叫河迹湖。

马上上山的欲望，悠然而生。

另一个难忘的景点就是加德满都王宫广场 Kathmandu Durbar Square。

当地流行一个观光方式 － 坐在广场周围的屋顶咖啡座内，轻松欣赏联合国保护文物的壮观神庙。

此片拍摄到 7.8 级地震那一瞬间所造成的惊慌 （包括雀鸟）和震撼。
