Hi Samir, sorr you were having difficulties. We have been making some navigation and interface improvements to make the process easier to register. I checked and it does look like you have registered for all the week's events (you are not a member of the Certified PRO Network so you cannot register for the Monday CPN event) properly.

Each of those actions will bring up your registration data and allow you to confirm that you are indeed registered for the events.

    On-demand recordings of sessions? Sep 15, 2011

Will the sessions be available only live or will there be on-demand recordings afterwards for those who can't make it at the time of the live event? I would be interested in the negotiating session (Konstantin Kisin) but will be away from my desk during the live session.

    Thanks
    Minna

ATA CE credits and on-demand content Sep 15, 2011

Hi Texjax - we have submitted the event for ATA CE points, but have not heard back yet. I fully expect our event to be accepted for 10 CE points as it has in the past. Even if we do not hear from the ATA and get "official" word that we have received ATA CE credits, individual members are able to submit forms to receive CE credits.

Some of our live content will be made available on-demand after the event. To ensure you have access to all the on demand content, I would make sure to "

    Hi Rachel -

You are indeed registered for the event series. The emails were set up to run yesterday & may have pulled the registration list before you registered.

Registration and "Prepare for this event" Sep 20, 2011

    Hi Drew,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask my questions, but here they are...

I registered for a series of event between the 26th and the 30th, but on my homepage I still have the "Register now" link, does this mean that my registration didn't go through?

Where can I find the link to the "Prepare for this event" page?

    Thanks,

    Ilona
