|  | | Bio: My name is María Isabel Vazquez and I am a certified/sworn translator, with a university degree in translation (Master Degree EN<>ES - University of Buenos Aires), and an attorney-at-Law (graduated with Honors - University of Buenos Aires).
I hold credentials issued... by the CTPCBA (Colegio de Traductores Públicos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires) in the following pairs: English>Spanish - Spanish>English. I also translate from Portuguese into Spanish and English.
I am a lecturer, and have taught translation of legal texts at the CTPCBA and the University of Belgrano and Law (Tax Law and Public Finance) at the University of Buenos Aires. I have been a full time freelance translator for 12 years.
My main areas of expertise are law, patents, medicine, health care, human resources, insurance, business, marketing, tourism, accounting, finance, economics, taxes and general matters. I worked for 15 years for a maquila company, based in Acuña, Coah., Mexico, and corporate offices in Winston-Salem, NC, mainly overseeing the processing of discount coupons information for financial and marketing purposes.
