EXPERIENCE

I work for both direct clients and
translation agencies. My responsibilities include translation,
post-editing machine translation, subtitling, AI dubbing, creating QA reports,
and following special instructions from clients.

In the past seven years, I have
successfully managed large translation projects, including a 100,000-word
dermatology book and a 12-month-long literary project. These experiences have
equipped me with essential skills for this industry, such as time
management, teamwork, and proficiency with translation software.

My main areas of expertise are
education, healthcare, insurance, and entertainment. I work on a daily basis
with health insurance, medicine, and school materials. The main CAT tools I use
are Trados and MemoQ.

I have subtitled major TV
shows, such as ER, Lost, Criminal Minds, and Ugly Betty. The main tools I use
are Subtitle Edit and Ooona. I also subtitled videos for a YouTube channel by
Lewis Shawcross, where I was in charge of the entire subtitling process in
Amara.

During the past year, I started
working with AI dubbing for films, TV shows, and documentaries. My
responsibilities include transcript revision, script adaptation, PEMT,
synthetic voice generation, and output revision.
