Thanksfor your interest, Shibin Elkom is in the north of egypt 80 Km north of Cairo and it's the capital city of Akmynofiyah Governorate. and its the city of the current and the last president of Egypt. and it got its name from Manf which was a capital of ancient Egypt for some time. please contact me f you wanna know more info. about the city and if you wanna meet me.
