Would it be possible to move this to another weekend in December? I completely forgot that we are going to the in-laws that weekend. That's what happens when I don't put things in the diary...!

I just realised that I was looking at November 2nd instead of December so thought it was on a Thursday. I actually thought Thursday was a good day for an evening event. I think if you move it to another weekend nearer Christmas that it will clash with some people's other plans, but I don't mind personally.

At the moment I think I'm ok for any weekend in December, but I agree that midweek might suit people better as it gets towards Christmas. I'm pretty flexible though.

Hi,
I think Steve's suggestion to move it to midweek is a good one. It saves wasting all those precious christmas shopping and socialising weekends (!)
How about the 7th December? I don't want to arrange a date that anyone who is already interested can't make!
