MTA New York City Transit is asking customers to complete the first-ever Rider Report Card.
This is your opportunity to grade your subway service on topics ranging from reliability of service to courtesy of staff. By completing the survey you will help us direct our attention to areas you think need the most improvement.
Rider Report Cards will be distributed at every station on all subway lines between July and November 2007. These report cards are postage-paid and can be dropped in any mailbox. Or if you prefer you can complete it online at www.mta.info where it is available in English and 13 other languages.
Watch for a poster announcing the week when surveys will be available at your station. From the time the survey begins on your line, you will have two weeks to mail in your response or complete the survey online.

Maranello, 21 luglio 2008 – La Ferrari continua nello sviluppo dei Ferrari Store all’estero, con l’apertura di due nuovi punti vendita negli Stati Uniti, a Miami e Honolulu.
Il Ferrari Store di Miami, di circa 220 metri quadrati, è situato all’interno dell’Aventura Mall, prestigioso centro commerciale che ospita i più importanti marchi internazionali ; quello di Honolulu è invece all’interno del Royal Hawaiian Centre, e supera i 300 metri quadrati, su due livelli.
Questi nuovi punti vendita si sommano ai due negozi già esistenti negli Stati Uniti, a Las Vegas e Los Angeles, e portano il numero complessivo dei Ferrari Store nel mondo a 22, di cui 8 in Italia e 14 all’estero.
Il programma di sviluppo dei Ferrari Store prevede altre aperture nelle più importanti città del mondo. La prossima sarà quella già annunciata nel cuore di Londra, a Regent Street, nel prossimo autunno.
Il concept del Ferrari Store riflette l’obiettivo di essere non solo un negozio, ma il punto di raccolta della storia e dello spirito di Ferrari, caratterizzato dall’anima duplice delle competizioni e del lusso.
Translation - English Two new Ferrari Stores launched in the USA
Maranello, July 21, 2008 – Ferrari is continuing the expansion of its Ferrari Stores abroad by opening two new retail stores in the United States, in Miami, FL and in Honolulu, HI.
The Ferrari Store of Miami, of about 2,152.78 square feet, is located within the Aventura Mall, an upscale retail area featuring the most prestigious internationa brands; while the Honolulu store is located inside the Royal Hawaiian Centre, and exceeds 3,229.17 square feet, spread on two storeys.
These two retail stores are in addition to the other two stores already located in the United States in Las Vegas and Los Angeles: they bring total number of the Ferrari Stores in the world to 22, of which 8 in Italy and 14 abroad.
The development strategy of the Ferrari Stores foresees other openings in the most important cities in the world. The next opening will be next Fall at the already disclosed location in the heart of London, on Regent Street.
The Ferrari Store concept reflects the purpose to not only be a store, but also the gathering point of the history and of the spirit of the Ferrari brand, displaying here its double core values: racing and luxury.
