A) IAI (hereinafter "the Seller”) hereby certifies that the unmanned aerial surveillance system (SIVANT), for the North Joint Command, for the National Defense, is new, without usage, with manufacture warranty of thirty six (36) months from its final acceptance.
B) The Seller warrants the items supplied by Seller against any defects arising out of faulty materials or workmanship, including among others, the support systems to the operation, the parts supplied for the ILS (Integrated Logistic Support), infrastructure, airplanes/air-vehicles, equipment, parts or components, due to situations such as manufacturing defects, faulty material, faulty design or quality assurance and other similar situations, for the following periods: (1) a period of thirty six (36) months from the date of signature of the Final Acceptance Certificate for airplanes/air-vehicles, GCT and GDT and (2) a period of thirty six (36) months for other items supplied by the Seller from the date of delivery of each of the items to the Buyer (hereinafter the “Warranty Period”), provided that Seller has received written notice of the defective items within thirty (30) days from the date of discovery of any such defect, and provided further that the items have been handled, installed, operated and in accordance with Seller’s instructions and that the items have not been subject to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, act of god, combat damage or damaged due to a negligent or willful act or omission of Buyer or third parties

A) IAI (de aquí en adelante “el Vendedor”) certifica por el presente que el sistema de vigilancia aéreo no tripulado (SIVANT), para el Comando Conjunto del Norte de la Defensa Nacional, es nuevo, sin uso, con garantía de fabricación por treinta y seis (36) meses a partir de su aceptación final.

Se inscribieron 222 pacientes; 213 pacientes recibieron al menos 1 infusión de Herceptin (como se especifica en el protocolo, una dosis de carga de 4 mg/kg).
