I have been working with translation for over six years now, but only recently did I finally break as a professional. Most of my work consists of translation in the medical area (health care), journalism and literature. I have already worked as an interpreter (in health care area) and have been specializing ever since.
I am also a writer (wrote texts in both English and Portuguese), so I know (and try to improve every time) my way around words and linguistic differences.
Right now, I only consider myself fluent enough in English and Portuguese to translate, but I keep on studying French and Japanese.
Also, I am a student of translation and of linguistics, so that my linguistic knowledge might aid my translation skills and my performance.
