Source text - English Engine cycles are identified by the number of piston strokes required to complete the cycle. A piston stroke is a one-way piston movement between top and bottom of the cylinder. Most automobile engine use a four-stroke cycle. The four-stroke cycle starts with the piston at top of the stroke. An intake valve opens as the piston moves down on the first, or intake stroke, allowing combustible charge to enter the cylinder. The intake valve doses near bottom center and the piston then moves up on the second stroke, or compression stroke, to squeeze the charge into a small space. Near the top of the compression stroke, the sparks plug ignites the charge so the fuel will burn. The heat released raises the charges pressure and the pressure pushes the piston down on the third, or power stroke. Near the bottom of the stroke, the exhaust valve opens to release the spent exhaust gases as the piston moves up on the fourth, or exhaust stroke to complete the 720° four-stroke cycle. The piston is then in a position to start the next cycle with another intake stroke. The four-stroke cycle is repeated every other crankshaft revolution.

13.2 Aseptic technique must be employed whenever blood is sampled from an indwelling arterial catheter.(1)
13.3 Prior to a single puncture, the site should be cleaned.(1,7,8)
13.4 Blood specimens, contaminated needles, and syringes must be disposed of in appropriate containers.
13.5 Needle sticks are the most frequent source of transmission of blood-borne diseases in health care workers.(19-20)
13.5.1 Needles used for blood sampling should be resheathed only with a technique that utilizes a one-hand device or by careful insertion into a cork, rubber plug, or similar device that prevents the sharp point from being accessible.

In the past security and access controls were typically applied at the individual user level. As organizations have grown in size and complexity, performing this task for each individual user has become a burden for administrators.
Consequently, many organizations have moved to either rule- or role based administration to allow administrative changes to impact a larger group of users.
Rule-based administration involves asking a series of questions to determine whether a user should be granted access to a particular application or piece of content. For example, is the employee in the accounting department and are they a senior level employee? If the answer is yes, then grant access to the application.
Role-based administration involves determining what rights a person performing a particular role in the organization requires and then assigning access accordingly. Role-based administration is very flexible; for example, it allows a user to have one or more roles within an organization and allows a role to be part of one or more larger groups. As a result, the assignment of access rights within an organization models the way the organization works and is very easy to apply, modify and customize.
