Provided that the members observe this general principle they have complete freedom to choose which rules go into their company’s articles, although they may find it convenient to rely on model articles as a default position. If the members decide to draw up their own rules they should consider whether they need to take legal or other professional advice and have bespoke or tailor-made articles drawn up for their company.

Siempre que los socios cumplan este principio general, tendrán completa libertad para elegir qué normas entran dentro de los estatutos de la sociedad. No obstante lo anterior, pueden creer oportuno basarse en los estatutos modelo como punto de partida. Por otra parte, si los socios deciden redactar sus propias normas deberán considerar si necesitan pedir consejo legal o profesional y desarrollar estatutos perfectamente adaptados a la sociedad.

I have an university degree in Translation and Interpreting by the Univeridad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain) and a Translation and Interpreting Master's degree by the University of Westminster in London.
I work with the following combination of languages: EN, FR > ES, ES > EN, ES > FR.
I am specialised in law, finance, medical and literary works. Nevertheless I am always willing to learn and become familiar with the technical terms within other fields, such as scientific, technical or tourism, among others.
Regarding my translation career, I have 5 translated and published books in Spain (both from English and French into Spanish), besides the translation experience I am currently gaining with several agencies in London, within legal and medical context. Although I also have experience in literary, economic and financial translation. I am currently volunteering with different NGOs translating their reports, press notes, websites and articles in such wide range from agriculture to economic context. Besides my editing and proofreading experience and also the transcription of some of the videos published on their websites.
My interpreting experience includes conference interpreting (simultaneous and chuchotage basis) in Brussels at the European Economic and Social Committee on agriculture and social topics.
In addition, I have a large experience as PS interpreter in London since I have been working as a PS interpreter for 6 months so far encountering all kind of situations.
Besides, my experience as interpreter also reaches out the legal context, where I have been working for Spanish and French clients. Also, throughout my experience as internship at Juzgados de Plaza de Castilla de Madrid (Court of Justice in Madrid).
