Personal information
I believe that working hard can get you far. I've always lived with this idea and already settled it as my motto a long time ago. Deadlines are no problem for me. I actually need deadlines to get my schedule organised and my workflow intact. I read a lot, I love to be informed, I dedicate much of my time getting my dreams fulfilled and my clients' as well. Education
I graduated from the University of Aveiro, Portugal, in 2008 with a Languages and Specialised Translation degree.

Work I started in 2009 at (the now extinct) Magnética Magazine as a translator, then moved on to become a content writer and editor.

In 2012, I co-founded a company devoted to content marketing & writing, PR and communication, social media management, translation, etc.

I left in 2018 looking for something more and landed as a freelance translator & writer.

Idioms & other information
I mainly translate from English into Portuguese (European), Portuguese (European) into English, and French into Portuguese (European). I'm a proud TED Translator. I'm always available for chatting and engage in new work. I love to be challenged, most of all.

Right now, I'm working with a handful of clients as a writer and translator, mainly lifestyle-driven magazines and websites.
