Our workflow
* The project lead analyzes the project and hands off to each translator with detailed instructions;
* The translators translate the file and raise queries if any by email or by MSN/Skype;
* The reviewer proofreads the completed files and hands back the reviewed files to translators for confirmation;
* With the feedback from the translators, the reviewer finalizes the work;
* Implement follow-up changes (if any) from the client after delivery.
