Prezentul contract stabileste conditiile generale in care Transportatorul va efectua transportul rutier intern de containere total si/sau partial incarcate si/sau fara incarcatura desemnate de MAINROM dintr-un terminal MAINROM sau alt punct desemnat de catre MAINROM catre alte puncte de descarcare sau incarcare a marfurilor in container si retur catre terminalul MAINROM sau alte puncte desemnate de catre MAINROM.
1.2. Termenul de "container" inseamna, dar nu se limiteaza la orice tip de container, inclusiv containere reefer/frigorifice, tip cutie sau cisterna, utilizat de catre MAINROM pentru transportul marfurilor avind diferite dimensiuni si greutati.
Translation - English I. THE OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. The present contract established the general conditions in which the Transporter will perform the total internal road transport of containers and /or partially loaded and / or with no load assigned by MAINROM towards other points of unloading or loading of the goods in the container and the return towards the terminal MAINROM or other points assigned by MAINROM.
1.2. The term "container" means, but is not limited to any type of container reefer/frigorific, box type or tank, used by MAINROM for the transport of goods having different dimensions and weights.
