The Comité Régional de Tourisme (Regional Tourism Committee) is pleased to invite you to take part in the 4th Meeting of the CRT based on the theme:
“Managing and maximising our E-reputation”
The importance of the Internet to the tourism sector is widely recognised. It has now become critical to implement a global strategy aimed both at improving one’s image and monitoring any negative feedback that may appear on social networks or on user opinion blogs, forums, etc.
Why should we be concerned with the popularity of our structure or destination on the web? How can we improve our ‘E-reputation’? What are the good practices in this area? These are the issues that we will be exploring during these CRT meetings.
