1、请于展会开展前20天提交广告预定表。经广告部审核后,与广告部签订广告发布合同。
2、申请单位须在合同正式签署后5个工作日内支付广告合同总金额(展会开展前15天)。广告部将保留预定的广告位,逾期未支付,广告位将不予保留。我方将保留对其广告位进行重新调整权利。
3、对主办方自有宣传及指示标示广告位需向广告部申请,未经申请不得擅自搭建。
4、参展商不许自带任何广告载体及制品进入展馆,不得在展区及建筑物上私搭乱建任何广告物品和媒体。
5、广告申请单位的广告内容应合法,不得侵犯他人著作权、肖像权、专利权。否则,广告申请单位应承担由此引起的各种损失及赔偿责任和法律责任。
6、文件应提供JPG、TIFF、Al格式,现场写真喷绘文件分辨率不低于72dpi点。文件尺寸以广告项目规格尺寸为准,文件均需提供广告设计稿电子文档或CD盘。
7、所有展商广告价格执行《2009年广告价格》,针对外籍展商在《2009年广告价格》基础上附加百分之十五的服务费。
8、 现场广告发布周期与展期相同,制作发布前,需签字确认制作小样。我方拥有广告项目、价格以及发布的最终解释权。
| Translation - English
1. Submit Ads Reservation Form 20 days before exhibition. The will review the the form and sign advertisement issuance contract with the applicant.
2. The applicant shall pay 5% of the total ads value in 5 days after the signing the contract (15 days before the exhibition) and the ads department will reserve the advertising areas. Failure to pay in time will lead to loss of advertising areas and NCIEC reserves the right to adjust the advertising areas.
3. Any ads for the sponsor or indicative ads shall the priorly approved by the ads department.
4. The exhibitors are not allowed to bring into the exhibition hall any advertising vechiles or advertising items. No advertising items or media are allowed to build in the booth without permission.
5. The contents of the applicants' ads shall be legal and are forbidden to violate copyrights, rights of portraiture or patents. The applicant shall be fully responsible for any consequences caused by such violation.
6. Ads files shall be provided in JPG, TIFF or AI files. Spray painting posters shall be at least 72DPI. The size of the ads files shall be pre-specified and conveyed via file ttransfer or CD.
7. The price of ads are specified in Advertisement Pricing for 2009, and the foreign advertisers are subject to an additional service fee of 15%.
8. The issuing period of the ads is the same as the exhibition. An thumbnail shall be prepared and reviewed for any issuance. NCIEC reserves the right for final explanation of the ads project, its pricing and issuance.
