Hintergrund der Restrukturierung im HR Bereich sind die aktuellen Diskussionen zur Steigerung der Professionalität im HR Bereich. Hervorgerufen wurden diese Diskussionen durch fundamentale wirtschaftliche und gesellschaftliche Veränderungen, die die Unternehmen in den letzten Jahren vor neue Herausforderungen gestellt haben, und die auch die Aufgaben des Personalmanagements nachhaltig gewandelt haben. Die Steigerung der Professionalität als Ziel beinhaltet die Optimierung des Ressourceneinsatzes und die Steigerung der Servicequalität. Das bedeutet, wie Fels und Dr. Oerting treffend bemerkt haben, die „Steigerung von Effektivität und Effizienz bei HR erfordert eine nachhaltige Verlagerung von mehrheitlich administrativen Tätigkeiten zu mehr wertschöpfenden, strategisch ausgerichteten HR-Aktivitäten. … Gefordert ist vielmehr ein integriertes HR-Geschäftsmodell, das die neuen Rollen und Schnittstellen definiert, abstimmt und in einem kundenorientierten End-to-End-Prozess zusammenführt.“ Dies hängt mit der neuen Rolle von HR zusammen. Die HR Abteilungen müssen sich entscheiden, ob sie als interner Dienstleister administrativ verwaltende Tätigkeiten ausführen wollen, oder ob sie sich als Business Partner im Unternehmen etablieren möchten. Das HR Business Partner- und das HR "Shared Service Center“ Modell treten dabei als erfolgsversprechende Modelle hervor.
Translation - English 2.2.2 Higher level of professionalism in the HR division
The background of restructuring within the HR division are current discussions about an increase in professionalism in the field of HR. These discussions had been started by fundamental economic and social changes which led to new challenges for companies within the last few years. The duties and responsibilities of staff management have also experienced lasting changes. The improvement of professionalism as a goal includes optimizing the application of resources and the improvement of service quality. This means, as accurately mentioned by Fels and Dr. Oerting, the “rise in effectiveness and efficiency in HR needs a lasting relocation of in the majority administrative activities to more value gaining, strategically oriented HR activities. … Instead, an integrated HR business model is required, defining and coordinating the new roles and interfaces and then merging them in a customer oriented End-to-End-Process.” This is connected to the new role of HR. The HR departments have to decide whether they want to carry out administrative tasks as an internal service provider or if they want to establish themselves as a Business Partner within the company. Within this context the HR Business Partner and the HR “Shared Service Center” model are standing out as promising models.
English to German: Microwave Power Engineering
Source text - English Important performance parameters are evaluated in order to judge the quality of the MPT system. These are the main lobe quality and the beam divergence as well as the amount of energy actually contained in the main lobe. The beam quality is found to be close to a Gaussian beam.
The spatial power profile is measured for different target positions and compared to a numerical simulation. The correlation of simulated and experimental data is proved to be good enough to allow for the future use of the simulation code as a tool to investigate parameter variations.
The measured energy fraction in the main lobe follows the same trend as in the simulation.
It is demonstrated that the evaluated array is capable of pointing the energy beam to a moving target by the illumination of LEDs which are placed on an airplane that is circling at a fixed radius. The factor currently limiting the maximum target speed is identified as the smallest time constant of the used control code.
In the near future, it will be possible to use the developed setup for the demonstration of the transmission of effectively higher powers when the now identified difficulties due to polarization of the used antennas and the currently still low rectenna efficiency are solved.
In the mid term future a tracking system has to be implemented. Two options, conventional tracking and the use of a retrodirective array system, have been identified in this thesis and comparisons show that both are suitable for the purpose of tracking within a proposed MPT system. The decision on which system will be actually implemented is yet still pending.
Translation - German Es werden relevante Leistungsparameter untersucht, um die Qualität des MPT Systems beurteilen zu können. Diese Parameter sind die Qualität der Hauptkeule, der Strahldivergenzwinkel sowie die Menge an Energie, die tatsächlich in der Hauptkeule enthalten ist. Die ermittelte Strahlqualität liegt nahe an der einer theoretisch angenommenen Gaussverteilung.
Die räumliche Leistungsdichte wird für unterschiedliche Zielpositionen vermessen und mit Ergebnissen aus numerischen Simulationen verglichen. Die Übereinstimmung der Energieverteilung von Simulation und Experiment kann als ausreichend gut angesehen werden, so dass der zukünftigen Verwendung des Simulationscodes zur Untersuchung von Parametervariationen nichts entgegensteht. Auch der gemessene Energieanteil in der Hauptkeule folgt der Vorhersage aus der Simulation.
Es wird gezeigt, dass das bewertete Antennenfeld in der Lage ist, den Energiestrahl einem sich schnell bewegenden Ziel nachzuführen. Dieser Nachweis wird momentan dadurch bewerkstelligt, dass LEDs zum Leuchten angeregt werden, welche auf einem sich auf einer Kreisbahn bewegenden Flugzeug befestigt sind. Der Faktor, welcher im Moment bei den verwendeten Geräten die maximale Geschwindigkeit des Ziels begrenzt, ist die kleinste Zeitkonstante im verwendeten Steuerungsalgorithmus.
In der nahen Zukunft wird es möglich sein, den entwickelten Versuchsaufbau für die Demonstration der Übertragung von effektiv höheren Leistungen zu verwenden, wenn die in der Arbeit erwähnten Schwierigkeiten bei der Polarisation der Empfangsantenne sowie der noch zu niedrige Wirkungsgrad der Rectenna-Einheit gelöst sind.
Mittelfristig ist es unumgänglich, ein Tracking-System zu entwerfen und zu implementieren. In dieser Diplomarbeit werden zwei Optionen für ein solches System identifiziert. Zum einen ist dies eine konventionelle Tracking-Methode und zum anderen die Verwendung eines retrodirektiven Antennenfeldes.
Vergleiche zwischen diesen beiden zeigen, dass beide für die Anwendung am untersuchten MPT System geeignet sind, jedoch steht eine Entscheidung für eines der beiden Systeme noch aus.
