I was born in 1953 in Novosibirsk, Russia. In 1972 I graduated from the Aircraft-building college and worked for three years in an aircraft-building plant in Novosibirsk as a technician. In 1980 I graduated from the Moscow Institute for foreign languages and worked as a translator of German and English at the Central Aerohydrodynamic Research Institute (Aviation and Space). In 1995 I graduated from the Britain Open University as a manager.

I co-operated with foreign companies as an translator, interpreter and manager such as Draeger (Germany), ANL Handelsgesellschaft (Austria), Iron and Steel (Switzerland) and others till 2004. Now I am working with a large satellite communications company.

I have a great experience of translating in many fields. Now I am iparticularly nterested in literature translating.
