Source text - English The Sample Company has decided to carry a new inventory item, wall calendars, and needs to add the item to its ACCPAC Inventory Control system.
Adding items to Inventory Control is a three-step process, including:
1. Creating the item record
2. Adding the item to a price list, specifying the base price, sale price (if any), and method of calculating discounted or marked-up prices for the item.
3. Assigning the item to the locations where it will be stocked.
In this lesson, you will add the item to the company's Inventory Control system, using the Items notebook and the information on the smaple data entry form in Figure 4.1 on page 4-11. You will add the item to a price list in Lesson 2.
Adding items to locations: There is no lesson for adding items to locations because Sample Company uses the Allow Items At All Locations option, which automatically adds each new item to all three of the company's locations.
If your company does not use the Allow Items At All Locations option, you can find step-by-step instructions for assigning items to locations in the "Allow Items at Locations" and "Add Location Details for Items" sections of Chapter 3 in this manual.

Source text - Korean 제12조. 계약의 위반
제11조의 경우, 임차인은 계약파기의 경고를 받은 후로부터 15일안에 소유물을 비워야 한다. 그리고 만약 임대인이 임차인을 상대로 소송을 걸었을 경우, 임차인은 소송 비용뿐 만 아니라 임대인의 집행비용과 변호사 비용을 지불해야 한다. 만약 임차인이 정해진 기한 안에 건물을 비우지 않을 경우에는, 임대인은 그 비용을 임차보증금에서 차감할 수 있다. 그리고 임대인은 법적인 조치 없이도 전기,수도와 냉.난방 설비를 차단할 수 있으며, 임차인은 그로 인한 사업상의 방해에 대한 이의를 제기하거나 손실에 대한 변상을 요구하지 않는다.
제13조. 임차보증금의 정산
이 계약의 만료나 파기 시에, 임대인은 체납된 임차료와 관리비와 계약서에 명시된 기타 임차인이 임대인에게 지불할 채무를 차감한 후의 임차보증금의 잔액을 반환한다. 만약 잔액이 부족할 경우, 임차인은 그 잔액을 임대인에게 즉시 지불해야 한다.
제14조. 소유물의 보관
임차인은 임차인의 책임하에 소유물을 보관할 수 있으며 임대인은 화재, 도난과 기타 불가항력에 의한 임차인의 소유물에 대한 손실을 책임지지 않는다.
제15조. 기타 시설물의 설치
임차인은 간판, 전기설비와 기타 시설물을 임대인의 승인 없이 설치하지 않는다. 단, 임차인은 임대인의 승인 하에 시설물을 설치 할 수 있다.
제16조. 임차료와 관리비의 체납
만약 임차인이 익월 10일까지 임차료와 관리비를 지불하지 않을 경우 임차인은 체납한 금액의 10%를 추가로 납부해야 한다.
제17조. 계약의 만료
계약이 만료되거나 상호협의에 의해 계약을 파기할 경우, 임차인은 건물을 비울 때에 기타 시설물을 해체하고 손상된 기본 구조를 원상복구해야 한다. 만약 임차인이 그 계약을 이행하지 않을 경우, 임대인은 그 비용을 임차보증금에서 차감할 수 있다.

In case of Article 11, the Tenant shall vacate the property within 15 days from the notice of termination of Contract, and if the Landlord raises a lawsuit against the Tenant, the Tenant shall pay not only the cost of a lawsuit but also the cost of an execution and the cost of an attorney of the Landlord. And the Landlord shall deduct the cost from the lease deposit.
If the Tenant doesn’t vacate the building before the time set, the Landlord shall disconnect the electricity, water and heating and cooling equipments without taking legal actions, and the Tenant shall not raise an objection of interference of business or indemnity for damage.
Article 13. Settlement of Lease Deposit
In the case of expiration or termination of this Contract, the Landlord shall refund the
balance of the lease deposit after subtract delinquent rent and management expense and
other debt the Tenant owes to the
Landlord described in the Contract and if the balance is lack, the Tenant shall pay the
remainder to the Landlord immediately.
Article 14. Custody of own property
The Tenant shall keep it’s own property under it’s responsibility and the Landlord shall
not has responsibility of damage on the Tenant’s property caused by fire, theft and other
irresistible force.

The Tenant shall not install signboard, electric equipment and other facilities without
