RATES FOR GENERAL CONTENT

Translation:
         ENGLISH-INDONESIAN

starts
from USD/EUR 0.05 per word, minimum USD/EUR 5.00 for general projects with <120
words, and minimum USD/EUR 10.00 for personal documents.

INDONESIAN-ENGLISH

starts
from USD/EUR 0.07 per word, minimum USD/EUR 5.00 for projects with <00
words, and minimum USD/EUR 10.00 for personal documents.

ENGLISH-JAVANESE

starts
from USD/EUR 0.08 per word, minimum USD/EUR 8.00 for projects with <100
words, and minimum USD/EUR 15.00 for personal documents  

JAVANESE-ENGLISH  

starts
from USD/EUR 0.08 per word, minimum USD/EUR 8.00 for projects with <100
words, and minimum USD/EUR 15.00 for personal documents  

RATES FOR TECHNICAL OR SPECIFIC CONTENTS

Add ±25-30%
to above rates (negotiable).

But we
know that sometimes clients have limited budget, and therefore we are still
open for PRICE NEGOTIATION.

TRADOS breakdown
may be applicable upon request (you may propose the breakdown rate), but with
provision that the rate for 74-95% is same with 100% no match rate.

DISCOUNTED RATE is applicable
for bulk volumes (normally more than 40,000 words).

Editing/Proofreading/Alignment
for Indonesian:  starts from
USD/EUR 0.025 per word, USD/EUR 15.00 per hour with estimation speed of 800w per
hour.

Editing/Proofreading/Alignment
for Javanese:  starts from
USD/EUR 0.03 per word, USD/EUR 18.00 per hour with estimation speed of 500w per
hour.

Minimum hourly charge for all sorts of task
is 1 hour. If less than 1 hour, it
will be rounded up to 1 hour.

We are willing to take FREE
test of max. 200w (in some cases upon negotiation, of up to 500w).

WORKLOAD (DAILY
CAPACITY)

Our daily
output is ~6000w of premium quality translation result,
thanks to our pre-delivery internal proofing system, and with the help of
several in-house assistants.

The speed can be boosted up to ~8.000w of premium quality (rush jobs), but with a bit higher rate.

We have long work hours, from 5 am to 11 pm (Western
Indonesian Time, +7 UTC).

PAYMENT

We accept Paypal,
Skrill, and Wire Transfer.

We accept USD, GBP,
Euro, and other
currency acceptable by Paypal and Moneybookers (Skrill).

Maximum
payment terms applicable for us is 60 days.

TRANSLATION EXPERIENCES

Translating since 1986 when not much help of CAT
tools at that time.

Now, the works were done mostly using Trados Studio 2019, Trados
2007, SDLX 2007, WordFast Pro 3.4.4, Idiom Workbench, Déjà Vu NX2, Catalyst
10.0, Heartsome XLIFF Editor, and Star Transit N XT. We also experience in
handling some proprietary CAT-tools such as CBG’s TRTool, Microsoft
Localization Studio 6.1 etc.

I managed the projects by help of 3 full-time
assistants and 2 in-house assistants. I myself act as Lead Translator and
Editor, and all works have to be checked/pre-proofed by me and two senior
assistants with 7+ years of experience before the delivery of the result.

We will run
Apsic’s XBench to
check consistency. accuracy etc.
