Born in Japan, I started to learn English at a very early age in my childhood. I went to the University specialized in Foreign Languages to study English and cross cultural communications, and became an English teacher in the year 2002. Because of my interest, I changed my career to marketing and creative business, and throughout my entire professional life, I took linguistic job duties as an additional to the regular job scope. From that experience, I became capable of language related tasks such as document translation, whispering interpretation, website localization and trans-creation of marketing materials. 

I am a technology savvy, multicultural, strategic thinker and a humanist. Language to me is the diverse communication tool that can reflect the wholesome of one's culture and characteristic on top of the content to convey. I care for the differences in tones and nuances, as well as the cultural adaptation in the destination language.
