Bio

Having studied law in both Korean and European universities and specialising in International Copyright
Law, I am highly skilled in organising research and identifying legal sources of interest. Through my
previous role at Random House Korea, I communicated with international agencies and publishing
companies to follow up publishing foreign titles in Korea, which is a fast-past environment. From this
experience, I can understand the unique needs of people and foreign companies and understand cultural
differences, and confirm incidences of contractual breach.

As a Copyright Case Law Analyst at Korean Copyright Commission in South Korea since 2018, I have analysed copyright-related legal disputes and translating them between Korean and English
as well as exammed international copyright treaties including the EU Regulations and Directives
