Source text - Hungarian Az elmúlt két évtized leforgása alatt Kína az afrikai kontinens legnagyobb gazdasági partnerévé vált. A hivatalos adatok szerint az ezredforduló óta a két fél közötti kereskedelem évente átlagosan 20 százalékkal, a külföldi közvetlentőke-befektetés (FDI) pedig ennek körülbelül a duplájával növekedett.
Míg a kontinens és Kína 2001-ben mindössze 13 milliárd dollár értékű tranzakciót bonyolított le egymással, addig 2015-ben ez az érték már 180 milliárd dollárra duzzadt, ami több, mint a Kínát soron követő három ország (India: 59 milliárd amerikai dollár; Franciaország: 57 milliárd dollár; USA: 53 milliárd dollár) afrikai tranzakcióinak értéke összeadva.
Afrikai FDI-állományát tekintve Kína 2014-ben csupán a negyedik volt ugyan, de 2010 és 2014 között a kínaiak közvetlentőke-befektetése évente átlagosan 25 százalékkal nőtt a kontinensen, amiből prognosztizálható, hogy az ázsiai ország legkésőbb egy évtizeden belül ebben a kategóriában is meg fogja előzni az Egyesült Államokat, az Egyesült Királyságot és Franciaországot. (A két fél közötti gazdasági kapcsolatok vizsgálatakor fontos megjegyezni, hogy a transzparencia hiányának, illetve kínai eredetű adatbázisoknál a szándékos torzítás következtében eltérő intézmények eltérő eredményeket közölnek, így a témával foglalkozó elemzések elkészítésekor nehézséget okoz a megfelelő adatokhoz való hozzáférés.)
2015-ben Kína Afrika infrastrukturális fejlesztésére irányuló hitelkihelyezése meghaladta az ICA (Infrastructural Consortium for Africa) összes tagja által rendelkezésre bocsátott összeget, ami figyelemreméltó, ugyanis a szervezet tagjai közé tartozik az Afrikai Fejlesztési Bank, az Európai Bizottság, az Európai Beruházási Bank, a Nemzetközi Pénzügyi Társaság (IFC), a Világbank és a G8 országok is. Translation - English In the last two decades China has become the biggest economic partner of the African continent. According to official sources commerce has seen a rise of 20 percent on average between the two parties since the millennium. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has increased by approximately 40 percent.
While in 2001 China and the continent had realized commerce worth of 13 billion US dollars, in 2015 this sum grew to 180 billion. This is more than the next three biggest partner countries’ business transactions (India: 59 billion, France: 57 billion, USA: 53 billion) combined.
Looking at China’s FDI in Africa the country is only the 4th biggest investor. Although based on the fact that between 2010 and 2014 China’s FDI rose on average by 25 percent it can be predicted that within the next decade the Asian country will jump ahead of the USA, the UK and France in this aspect as well. (It should be noted that analyses looking at the two parties’ economic partnership have limited access to appropriate data due to the lack of transparency and deliberate falsification of statistics by various Chinese institutes.)
In 2015, Chinese credit to develop infrastructure in Africa exceeded the sum provided by members of the ICA (Infrastructural Consortium for Africa). This is a notable fact since members of the Consortium include the African Development Bank, the European Commission, the European Investment Bank, International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank and the G8 countries. After the USA and the United Arab Emirates, China is the third biggest contributor of the continent (in 2015 China’s aid to Africa reached almost 6 billion US dollars).

In our company human resource policies aim at optimising our workforce use so as to help in the establishment of an economic and professional work process. One of the main characteristics of exhibition organising is that it requires free thinking and creativity in day-to-day work, although we can see a high pressure for results at a company level at the same time, which first seems as a contradiction.

Source text - English The LEGO Group — Annual Report 2017 Management’s Review
2017 was a challenging year for the LEGO Group. Revenue for the full year declined 8% to DKK 35.0
billion compared with DKK 37.9 billion in 2016. Excluding the impact of foreign currency exchange,
revenues for the full year declined 7% compared with 2016.
Significant revenue growth was achieved in China. However, revenues in most established markets in
North America and Europe declined, primarily due to actions the company took to reduce inventories
across its value chain. Global consumer sales were flat in 2017 and trended upwards in the final
months of the year.
The LEGO Group’s profit before tax amounted to DKK 10.2 billion in 2017 against DKK 12.4 billion the
year before, a decrease of 18%.
Overall, Management is not satisfied with the financial results. However, the LEGO Group ended the
year well, and is entering 2018 with a better foundation.
Operating profit
The LEGO Group’s operating profit amounted to DKK 10.4 billion in 2017 against DKK 12.4 billion in
2016.
The operating margin was 29.6% in 2017 against 32.8% in 2016.
Financial income and expenses
Net financials created a total expense of DKK 158 million in 2017 against an expense of DKK 57
million in 2016.
Corporate income tax
Corporate income tax amounted to DKK 2.4 billion compared with DKK 3.0 billion the prior year. The
effective tax rate for the year is 23.5% against 23.8% in 2016.
Profit for the year
The LEGO Group’s profit for the year amounted to DKK 7.8 billion in 2017 against DKK 9.4 billion in
2016.
The lower level of profit in 2017 is driven by the LEGO Group’s lower revenues during the year.

2017 számos kihívás elé állította a LEGO csoportot. Az egész éves bevétel 8%-kal csökkent, a 2016-ban elért 37.9 milliárd DKK-hoz (dán korona) képest, 35 milliárd DKK volt. A valutaárfolyamok ingadozását figyelmen kívül hagyva 2016-hoz viszonyítva a csökkenés 7%-os volt.
Jelentős bevételnövekedés volt megfigyelhető Kínában. Ugyanakkor a legtöbb meglévő piacon Észak-Amerikában és Európában a bevételek csökkentek, elsősorban a vállalat azon irányú törekvései miatt, hogy csökkentse a raktárkészleteket az értékláncban. 2017-ben a globális eladások stagnáltak és emelkedtek az év utolsó hónapjaiban.
2017-ben a LEGO csoport profitja adózás előtt 10.2 millirád DKK volt, ami a 2016-os 12.4 milliárdhoz képest 18%-os visszaesést jelent.
