I have attained Masters in Business Administration where I had extensive courses in Managerial Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Information Management and Communications. These courses covered the functions of Circulation, Customer Service Relations and Distributions in depth. Moreover, I have had extensive customer support experience in a fast-paced work environment. I am a team player and communicate well with all levels of management as well as working independently. While working as an Information Product Services Manager at Diners Club, my responsibilities included troubleshooting software and data authentication. I also provided application support, month end billing and account reconciliation for more than 200 corporate card members.
