| Translation - English "It's a good monitor that's satisfactory for both display quality and functionality.
I couldn't keep up with the fast-moving games and sometimes the colors were distorted. However, I don't have any trouble using the game.
We also appreciate the 90W support of USB-PD.
The MacbookPro 16" can be used with a single cable without worry.
Because it was the first time I had a curved display, I was worried about whether it would interfere with image editing. However, this is a familiar experience. I don't seem to be a problem.
It wasn't cheap, but it was a good monitor.
It's a pity that we can't get full marks for the following reasons.
In my case, it's a special case, but within a few hours of starting to use it, the smoke starts coming out of the vent.
I had a burning smell, so I immediately turned off my power and explained the technical support situation for Dell, and it turned out to be an early failure.
It was decided that the new product could be replaced within 10 days of the purchase, but it would take three weeks from the time the product was sent to Dell to the time the new product was shipped, so as a result of the discussion, we asked Amazon to return the product.
On the whole, the company's response was sincere.
To put it bluntly, I don't know if it would be a luxury, but I don't think it would be nice to have a staff at a call center that doesn't have a high level of Japanese. I can understand the meaning of words, but the nuance is...It was a vague feeling that The Japanese language itself depends too much on nuance, but we're Japanese, so even if we're told to "speak strictly", it's hard to do it now. That's just the story. " |
