Bio
I'm a Canadian university student, majoring in Pacific and Asian Studies, with a minor in Linguistics.
In 2016, I began studying Japanese at the Intercultural Institute of Japan in Tokyo, with the intention of attending for six months. I ended up living with two different homestay families for a total of a year, and it was during this time that I found a passion for translation in manga.
Ever since, I have been taking every opportunity to improve my Japanese, and my current endeavour is translating Twitter manga in direct cooperation with Japanese artists.
Languages are my passion, and I have an endless list of those that I would like to challenge in future. I am currently focused on German and Mandarin Chinese.
