Sazona. Retira el pedúnculo a los tomates y hazles un corte en forma de cruz en la parte posterior. Escalda los tomates, pela, pica y añádelos a la verdura. Ingredients for 4 people  400 grams (4 cups) penne pasta  200 grams (two 3-ounce cans) tuna in oil  1 green onion  1 green bell pepper  1/2 red bell pepper  8 tomatoes (ripe)  3 garlic cloves  1 teaspoon sugar  150 grams (1½ cups) shredded mozzarella  Water  Extra virgin olive oil  Salt  1 bay leaf  Oregano  Parsley Instructions Finely chop the garlic cloves, green onion, and peppers, and place them in a saucepan with oil to cook until soft. Season to taste. Cut out the stems from the tomatoes and cut a cross shape on the bottom side. Blanche the tomatoes, peel and dice them, then add them to the other vegetables. Add a pinch of salt, the sugar, and some oregano. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Drain the tuna, shred, and add to the vegetable mixture. Place a good amount of water on to boil, add the bay leaf, a teaspoon of salt, and the noodles. Cook them for as long as the package indicates and drain.
