English to Portuguese: Understanding Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome
Source text - English The goal of this booklet is to provide families with
accurate, up-to-date information about how to support
their child with Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome (RTS) and to
equip them with the tools to educate family members,
friends, colleagues, professionals, and the general
public about the syndrome.
The stories included in this booklet are meant to emphasize
the beauty and joy of sharing life with an individual with
RTS. We want families to feel empowered to anticipate
what to watch for and attend to, in order to create a
healthy, happy, safe, and productive life for their loved
one in the community.
Translation - Portuguese O objetivo desta apostila é fornecer às famílias informações precisas e atualizadas sobre como apoiar seu filho com a síndrome de Rubinstein-Taybi (RTS) e equipá-los com as ferramentas para educar os membros da família, amigos, colegas, profissionais, e o público em geral sobre a síndrome.
As histórias incluídas nesta apostila destinam-se a enfatizar a beleza e a alegria de compartilhar a vida com um indivíduo com RTS. Queremos que as famílias sintam-se capacitadas para antecipar o que irá assistir e presenciar, a fim de criar uma vida saudável, feliz, segura e produtiva para o seu amado filho na Comunidade.
