I am a Korean Canadian, born and raised in South Korea. Fortunately, staying close to my own Korean family and going to Universities in English-speaking countries, I am very fluent in both Korean and English for Listening, Speaking, Writing, and Reading. English to Korean or Korean to English communication, either way, is possible in any circumstance in person or online.
I have worked as a Medical/Legal interpreter in North America since 2011 while I had training at Aquinas Institute in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I was also in a contract with BC courts as a Judicial-Legal-Court interpreter for about 5 years. My main area of works has been in medical matters as well as computer technology which require decent professional knowledge and work experiences understanding the complexity of issues.
In addition, I have worked at an American insurance company and ICBC (Insurance Cooperation of British Columbia), I can interpret/translate in terms of insurance, taxes, investment, financial matters, health care, and social services.
Briefly little more about me, I am naturally academic and I have achieved a Master's degree in England as well. Not only a bilingual linguist, but also I am a professional artist who likes writing, visual arts, computer technology, and photography.
