Source text - English 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This Whistleblowing Reporting Procedure (this “Procedure”) is supplementary to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Whistleblowing Policy. This is a Procedure of Neptune Energy Group Limited and all of its subsidiaries (such companies being individually and collectively called “Neptune Energy” as the context requires). This Procedure applies to:
(i) All Neptune Energy’s directors, managers and employees;
(ii) Any person who performs services for or on behalf of Neptune Energy, including (without limitation) agency workers, consultants and contractors; and
(iii) Any person not employed by Neptune Energy but who is training or working as a volunteer with Neptune Energy;
(all such persons being collectively referred to as “Staff”).
This Procedure sets out the steps that Neptune Energy Staff should follow in order to report any actual or suspected incidents of concern, as further detailed below.
Personal grievances do not fall within the scope of this Procedure. All grievances should be reported to a member of the Human Resources (HR) team in accordance with the applicable HR Policy.

Prosedur Pelaporan Pelanggaran ("Prosedur" ini) merupakan pelengkap, dan harus dibaca sehubungan dengan, Kebijakan Pelaporan Pelanggaran ini. Ini merupakan untuk Neptune Energy Group Limited serta semua anak perusahaannya (perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut selanjutnya, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun kolektif, disebut sebagai "Neptune Energy", sesuai konteksnya).
