I am a native Greek Linguistic and Translator with years of experience working in professional and scientific communities. As an expert translator I have mastery of the following languages: (source languages) English, French, Spanish and (target language) Greek. I strongly believe that for a translation to be accurate, the translator must have mastery in the languages and be able to understand the meaning behind the words and not just transliterate words themselves.

I have been freelancing for the last ten years. During these years I have had the opportunity to work in a wide number of projects of all kinds and I have learned a great deal throughout this process. I am always open to new challenges that help me keep learning new things.

I have been working as a Spanish/Greek teacher and translator since 2003. I specialize in Web and Games Localization. I also have extensive experience translating technical, open source, and personal documents. I use CAT Tools, currently I favor SDL Trados.

My emphasis when working is on functionality and readability, accuracy, terminological consistency and quality assurance (editing and proofreading the final text).
