I have worked with many NGOS and acquired enough skills and vast experience that will enables me interact and work with any society and manage health problems. Moreover I participated in, nutrition, diet management, cooking demonstration, child care, breastfeeding and it importance, mass education on essentials of proper feeding and supplementary feeding .child protection, advocacy and lobbying, gender and human rights, child rights. . In addition to that, I have excellent computer skills, problem solving, responding to child right violation, all sorts of child needs, manamement and leadership skills that is relevant in this position. Being a supervisor of DRC as acommunity mobilizer in protection field in the past I am used monitor the performance and oversee and submit reports. I have more than Four(4) years practical work experience in a challenging  environment and have over the years completed numerous compulsory and voluntary training in various disciplines/units including, community based project planning and management, social research and data collection methods, participatory monitoring & evaluation,malnutrition,inclusive breast feeding among others.
