Izvod iz zaključaka sa sastanka predstavnika firme iz Srbije „ BI DOO BEOGRAD“ i predstavnika „CHH KFT“ iz Bekeščabe – Mađarska. Sastanak je održan u Beogradu dana 10.03.2017. U ime firme sa Mađarske strane učestvovali su: Gospodin P.A. – poslovođa , Gospodin Š.A. – šef marketinga i posrednik Gospodin Čaba..... . U ime firme sa Srpske strane ušestvovali su: K.A – Direktor, M.S. - Savetnik.
Posle upoznavanja i razgovora o mogućoj saradnji ove dve firme u oblastima proizvodnje, trgovine, usluga, uvoza, izvoza, zajedničkog nastupanja na trećim tržištima, ekologije i davanja usluga u sektoru zapošljavanja, doneti su sledeći zaključci.
I Zastupanje
1. Mađarska firma će obezbediti kvalitetnu robu u vidu adaptera za poljoprivredne mašine (kombajne i traktore) za žetvu kukuruza, suncokreta i slično proizvođača „L“ odnosno „O“.
2. Uzeti u zakup plac u Bečeju, pogodan za stovarište, odnosno izložbeni prostor.
3. Vršiti uvoz robe iz Mađarske.
Srpska firma će sa svoje strane:
1. Vršiti usluge zastupanja Mađarske firme na teritoriji Republike Srbije, odnosno biće ekskluzivni zastupnik na teritoriji pokrajine Vojvodine.
2. Vršiće prodaju robe Mađarskog partnera u njegovo ime i za njegov račun.
3. Davaće usluge logistike, marketinga, obrade tržišta, posredovanja sa poljoprivrednim zadrugama i Asocijacijama poljoprivrednih proizvođača, kao i sa Poljoprivrednim Fakultetom u smislu homologizacije delova i prilagođavanja tržištu i standardima koji važe u Republici Srbiji. Srpska firma će za davanje ovih usluga dobijati najmanje 5% u neto iznosu novca od realizacije (prodaje) na tržištu Vojvodine – od prodaje koja se realizuje preko firme „BI DOO” i najmanje 2% u neto iznosu novčanih sredstava od moguće realizacije direktnih kupaca iz Vojvodine.
II Zajednička firma
1. Osnovaće se zajednička Mađarsko – Srpska firma sa sedištem u Bečeju ili okolini, koja će se baviti proizvodnjom adaptera, odnosno, priključaka za poljoprivredne mašine. Mađarski partner će donositi komponente, odnosno, polu- proizvode u fabriku u Bečeju iz svojih pogona u Mađarskoj. Ova roba će u Bečeju (Srbija), biti dovršavana, odnosno, finalizovana i kao gotov proizvod – prodavana na tržištu Srbije i kao domaći (Srpski) proizvod takođe prodavana (izvezena) na tržište Ruske Federacije.
2. Srpski partner će, sa svoje strane, obezbediti kontakte sa predstavnicima lokalne samouprave, kao i pokrajinske vlasti i sa ministarstvima u vezi sa lokacijom fabrike (zemljištem u industrijskoj zoni) i ostalim benefitima koje Vlada Republike Srbije, Vojvodine, kao i lokalna samouprava dodeljuje stranim investitorima u Srbiji ( zemljište za izgradnju fabrike, podsticaji za zapošljavanje lokalne radne snage i slično). Odnos u vlasniškoj strukturi kapitala bi bio 90% Mađarski i 10% Srpski kapital.
III Agencija za zapošljavanje
1. Saradnja u oblasti zapošljavanja radne snage sa područja Potiskog regiona, odnosno angažovanja domaćih radnika na poslovima u Slovačkoj i Mađarskoj preko Agencije za zapošljavanje u vlasništvu gospodina Čabe........, gde bi Srpski partner, uz određenu proviziju obezbeđivao radnike određenog profila (struke) i broja, shodno potrebama i zahtevima poslodavaca iz Mađarske i Slovačke.
Osim ove tri teme koje su odmakle u konkretizaciji, razgovarano je i o saradnji na ekološkim projektima vezanim za tok reke Tise kroz Mađarsku i Srbiju, kao i na zajedničkom angažovanju na poslovima koji se finansiraju ili delom finansiraju iz fondova Mađarske ili Srpske Države, kao i u vezi sa projektima koji se finansiraju iz fondova Evropske Unije.

Extract from the discussion between the representatives of the Serbian firm „BI Ltd. BEOGRAD”, and the Hungarian firm „CHH Ltd.” from Bekescsaba. The meeting took place in Belgrade on the 10th of March 2017. On behalf of the Hungarian firm the participants were: Mr. P.A. – manager, Mr. S.A. – head of marketing and Mr. ........... Csaba – intermediary. On behalf of the Serbian firm the participants were: Mr. K.A. – DIR, and Mr. M.S. – adviser.
After the discussion about the potential cooperation of the two firms in the fields of : production, trade, services, import, export, collaboration on third markets, ecology and worker recruitment services, the following conclusions were drawn:
I. Representation
1. The Hungarian firm will provide the quality of adapters for agricultural machinery, picker huskers, sunflower harvesting equipment and such, produced by „L” and „O”.
2. The Hungarian firm will rent a lot in Becej for exhibition and storage purposes.
3. The Hungarian firm will handle the import of goods from Hungary.
For its own part, the Serbian firm will:
1. Represent the Hungarian firm on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, also exclusively representing it on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
2. Market the Hungarian firm’s goods for and on behalf of the Hungarian firm
3. Provide logistical, marketing, and market analysis services for the Hungarian firm, mediate between: agricultural cooperatives, associations of farmers, and the Faculty of Agriculture in terms of homologating the parts, so they are adjusted to the demands of the market and are in compliance with the regulations in the Republic of Serbia. For the above mentioned services, the Serbian firm will receive a minimum of 5% of the net revenue on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina- which sale was realized through „BI Ltd.”, and a minimum of 2% of the net cash assets earned directly from customers from Vojvodina.
II. Joint venture
A Hungarian – Serbian firm will be founded with headquarters in Becej or nearby, which will engage in production of adapters, and in production of connectors for agricultural machinery. The Hungarian partner - from its own operation in Hungary- will supply the components, and the semi-finished products to the factory in Becej, where these semi-finished products will be completed, and made into finished products – sold on the Serbian market as domestic (Serbian) products, also sold on (exported to) the market of the Russian Federation.
2. For its own part, the Serbian firm will assure contact with the representatives of the local municipality, also with the authorities of the province, and the competent ministries regarding the location of the factory (land in the industrial zone) and other benefits that the Governments of the Republic of Serbia, Vojvodina, and the local municipalities grant to foreign investors in Serbia (land for the factory to be built on, financial incentives to employ local manpower and such). The structure of the capital will be 90% Hungarian, and 10% Serbian capital.
III. Worker Recruitment
1. Cooperation in the fields of employing manpower from the „Potisje” region, respectively recruiting domestic manpower to jobs in Slovakia and Hungary through the recruiting agency owned by Mr. .......... Csaba, where the Serbian partner would–for a certain commission fee- secure workers of specific vocational profiles in sufficient numbers, appropriate for satisfying the demands and requirements of the Hungarian and Slovak employers.
In addition to these three topics that have moved forward in the process of concretization, There was discussion about collaboration in ecological projects regarding the parts of the Tisa river that flow through Hungary and Serbia, also about mutual work on projects partly financed from Hungarian and Serbian government funds, and projects that are financed from the funds of the European Union

Kivonat a szerbiai „BI KFT BELGRÁD” , és a békéscsabai ( Magyarország) „CHH KFT” képviselőinek megbeszéléséről. A megbeszélés Belgrádban zajlott 2017.03.10-én. A magyar cég nevében részt vettek: P.A. Úr – ügyvezető, S.A. Úr – marketingvezető és .......... Csaba Úr – közvetítő. A szerb cég nevében részt vettek: K.A. – igazgató, M.S. – tanácsadó.
Ezen két cég lehetséges együttműködéséről szóló megbeszélés után, mely érintette a következő területeket: termelés, kereskedelem, szolgáltatások, behozatal, kivitel, harmadik piacon való közös fellépés, környezetvédelem és munkaközvetِítői szolgáltatások, - a tényállások a következőek:
I. Képviselet
1. A magyar cég biztosítani fogja a minőséges árut kapcsolóeszközök formájában (adapter) mezőgazdasági gépekhez, kukoricacsőtörő- és fosztógépekhez, napraforgószedőhöz és hasonlókhoz (gyártó : „L” és „O”)
2. Raktárhelyiségnek és kiállítási területnek megfelelő telket bérel Óbecsén.
3. Elvégzi az áru behozatalát Magyarországról.
A szerb cég a saját részéről:
1. Képviseli a magyar céget a Szerb Köztársaság területén, valamint egyedülálló képviselője lesz a Vajdaság Autonóm Tartomány területén.
2. Értékesíti a magyar partnercég áruját az ő nevében és az ő számlájára.
3. Logisztikai, és marketing szolgáltatásokat nyújt, és piacelemzést végez a magyar cég részére, közvetít a mezőgazdasági szövetkezetekkel és a mezőgazdasági termelők egyesületeivel, valamint a Mezőgazdasági Egyetemmel az alkatrészek homologizációjával kapcsolatosan, hogy azok megfeleljenek a Szerb Köztársaságban érvényes piaci igényeknek és előírásoknak. A szerb cég az előbb említett szolgáltatásokért legkevesebb 5%-ot kap a Vajdaság Autonóm Tartomány területén megvalósított nettó árbevételből - amely értékesítés a „BI DOO”-n keresztül történt meg - , és legkevesebb 2%-ot a vajdasági vásárlók által közvetlenül megvalósított nettó pénzeszközökből.
II. Közös cég
1. Meg fog alapulni egy közös magyar – szerb cég óbecsei, vagy környékbeli székhellyel, amely adapterek, valamint mezőgazdasági gépekhez kapcsolható eszközök gyártásával fog foglalkozni. A magyar partner a saját üzeméből leszállítja a komponenseket, és félkész termékeket az óbecsei összeszerelő üzembe. Ez a félkész termék Óbecsén (Szerbia) összeszerelésre fog kerülni, és mint késztermék lesz véglegesítve – majd eladva a szerb piacon mint hazai (szerb) termék, valamint az Orosz Föderáció területén mint export.
2. A szerb partner, a saját részéről, biztosítani fogja a kapcsolatot a helyi önkormányzat képviselőivel, a tartományi hatóságokkal, valamint az illetékes minisztériumokkal az üzem lokációjával kapcsolatosan (földterület az ipari zónában), és más támogatásokkal kapcsolatban melyeket a Szerb Köztársaság Kormánya, a Vajdaság Autonóm Tartomány Kormánya, és a helyi önkormányzat nyújt a külföldi befektetőknek a Szerb Köztársaság területén ( földterület az üzem kiépítéséhez, ösztönző támogatások a helyi munkaerő foglalkoztatásához és hasonlók). A tulajdonosi tőke szerkezetének eloszlása 90%-ban magyar és 10%-ban szerb tőke lenne.
III. Munkaközvetítés
1. Együttműködés a Tiszamente régió munkaerejének foglalkoztatásában, illetve hazai dolgozók közvetítése külföldi munkára Szlovákiába, és Magyarországra a ....... ...Csaba Úr tulajdonában álló munkaközvetítői cégen keresztül, ahol a szerb partner, meghatározott jutalék mellett, biztosítana megfelelő számú, és profilú (megfelelő szakképesítés) dolgozót, akik alkalmasak a magyar és szlovák munkaadók elvárásainak és igényeinek teljesítésére.
Ezen három témán kívül amelyek előrehaladtak a konkretizációjukban, megbeszélést folytattunk még környezetvédelmi projektekről is, melyek a Tisza folyó magyarországi és szerbiai szakaszait érintik, valamint közös fellépésekről olyan projektekben, amelyek részben magyarországi vagy szerbiai állami alapokból, és projektekről amelyek részben Európai Uniós támogatosokból lennének fedezve.

Ezen három témán kívül amelyek előrehaladtak a konkretizációjukban, megbeszélést folytattunk még környezetvédelmi projektekről is, melyek a Tisza folyó magyarországi és szerbiai szakaszait érintik, valamint közös fellépésekről olyan projektekben, amelyek részben magyarországi vagy szerbiai állami alapokból, és projektekről amelyek részben Európai Uniós támogatosokból lennének fedezve.

Kivonat a szerbiai „BI KFT BELGRÁD” , és a békéscsabai ( Magyarország) „CHH KFT” képviselőinek megbeszéléséről. A megbeszélés Belgrádban zajlott 2017.03.10-én. A magyar cég nevében részt vettek: P.A. Úr – ügyvezető, S.A. Úr – marketingvezető és .......... Csaba Úr – közvetítő. A szerb cég nevében részt vettek: K.A. – igazgató, M.S. – tanácsadó.
Ezen két cég lehetséges együttműködéséről szóló megbeszélés után, mely érintette a következő területeket: termelés, kereskedelem, szolgáltatások, behozatal, kivitel, harmadik piacon való közös fellépés, környezetvédelem és munkaközvetِítői szolgáltatások, - a tényállások a következőek:
I. Képviselet
1. A magyar cég biztosítani fogja a minőséges árut kapcsolóeszközök formájában (adapter) mezőgazdasági gépekhez, kukoricacsőtörő- és fosztógépekhez, napraforgószedőhöz és hasonlókhoz (gyártó : „L” és „O”)
2. Raktárhelyiségnek és kiállítási területnek megfelelő telket bérel Óbecsén.
3. Elvégzi az áru behozatalát Magyarországról.
A szerb cég a saját részéről:
1. Képviseli a magyar céget a Szerb Köztársaság területén, valamint egyedülálló képviselője lesz a Vajdaság Autonóm Tartomány területén.
2. Értékesíti a magyar partnercég áruját az ő nevében és az ő számlájára.
3. Logisztikai, és marketing szolgáltatásokat nyújt, és piacelemzést végez a magyar cég részére, közvetít a mezőgazdasági szövetkezetekkel és a mezőgazdasági termelők egyesületeivel, valamint a Mezőgazdasági Egyetemmel az alkatrészek homologizációjával kapcsolatosan, hogy azok megfeleljenek a Szerb Köztársaságban érvényes piaci igényeknek és előírásoknak. A szerb cég az előbb említett szolgáltatásokért legkevesebb 5%-ot kap a Vajdaság Autonóm Tartomány területén megvalósított nettó árbevételből - amely értékesítés a „BI DOO”-n keresztül történt meg - , és legkevesebb 2%-ot a vajdasági vásárlók által közvetlenül megvalósított nettó pénzeszközökből.
II. Közös cég
1. Meg fog alapulni egy közös magyar – szerb cég óbecsei, vagy környékbeli székhellyel, amely adapterek, valamint mezőgazdasági gépekhez kapcsolható eszközök gyártásával fog foglalkozni. A magyar partner a saját üzeméből leszállítja a komponenseket, és félkész termékeket az óbecsei összeszerelő üzembe. Ez a félkész termék Óbecsén (Szerbia) összeszerelésre fog kerülni, és mint késztermék lesz véglegesítve – majd eladva a szerb piacon mint hazai (szerb) termék, valamint az Orosz Föderáció területén mint export.
2. A szerb partner, a saját részéről, biztosítani fogja a kapcsolatot a helyi önkormányzat képviselőivel, a tartományi hatóságokkal, valamint az illetékes minisztériumokkal az üzem lokációjával kapcsolatosan (földterület az ipari zónában), és más támogatásokkal kapcsolatban melyeket a Szerb Köztársaság Kormánya, a Vajdaság Autonóm Tartomány Kormánya, és a helyi önkormányzat nyújt a külföldi befektetőknek a Szerb Köztársaság területén ( földterület az üzem kiépítéséhez, ösztönző támogatások a helyi munkaerő foglalkoztatásához és hasonlók). A tulajdonosi tőke szerkezetének eloszlása 90%-ban magyar és 10%-ban szerb tőke lenne.
III. Munkaközvetítés
1. Együttműködés a Tiszamente régió munkaerejének foglalkoztatásában, illetve hazai dolgozók közvetítése külföldi munkára Szlovákiába, és Magyarországra a ....... ...Csaba Úr tulajdonában álló munkaközvetítői cégen keresztül, ahol a szerb partner, meghatározott jutalék mellett, biztosítana megfelelő számú, és profilú (megfelelő szakképesítés) dolgozót, akik alkalmasak a magyar és szlovák munkaadók elvárásainak és igényeinek teljesítésére.

Translation - English Letter of Intent
Extract from the discussion between the representatives of the Serbian firm „BI Ltd. BEOGRAD”, and the Hungarian firm „CHH Ltd.” from Bekescsaba. The meeting took place in Belgrade on the 10th of March 2017. On behalf of the Hungarian firm the participants were: Mr. P.A. – manager, Mr. S.A. – head of marketing and Mr. ........... Csaba – intermediary. On behalf of the Serbian firm the participants were: Mr. K.A. – DIR, and Mr. M.S. – adviser.
After the discussion about the potential cooperation of the two firms in the fields of : production, trade, services, import, export, collaboration on third markets, ecology and worker recruitment services, the following conclusions were drawn:
I. Representation
1. The Hungarian firm will provide the quality of adapters for agricultural machinery, picker huskers, sunflower harvesting equipment and such, produced by „L” and „O”.
2. The Hungarian firm will rent a lot in Becej for exhibition and storage purposes.
3. The Hungarian firm will handle the import of goods from Hungary.
For its own part, the Serbian firm will:
1. Represent the Hungarian firm on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, also exclusively representing it on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
2. Market the Hungarian firm’s goods for and on behalf of the Hungarian firm
3. Provide logistical, marketing, and market analysis services for the Hungarian firm, mediate between: agricultural cooperatives, associations of farmers, and the Faculty of Agriculture in terms of homologating the parts, so they are adjusted to the demands of the market and are in compliance with the regulations in the Republic of Serbia. For the above mentioned services, the Serbian firm will receive a minimum of 5% of the net revenue on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina- which sale was realized through „BI Ltd.”, and a minimum of 2% of the net cash assets earned directly from customers from Vojvodina.
II. Joint venture
A Hungarian – Serbian firm will be founded with headquarters in Becej or nearby, which will engage in production of adapters, and in production of connectors for agricultural machinery. The Hungarian partner - from its own operation in Hungary- will supply the components, and the semi-finished products to the factory in Becej, where these semi-finished products will be completed, and made into finished products – sold on the Serbian market as domestic (Serbian) products, also sold on (exported to) the market of the Russian Federation.
2. For its own part, the Serbian firm will assure contact with the representatives of the local municipality, also with the authorities of the province, and the competent ministries regarding the location of the factory (land in the industrial zone) and other benefits that the Governments of the Republic of Serbia, Vojvodina, and the local municipalities grant to foreign investors in Serbia (land for the factory to be built on, financial incentives to employ local manpower and such). The structure of the capital will be 90% Hungarian, and 10% Serbian capital.
III. Worker Recruitment
1. Cooperation in the fields of employing manpower from the „Potisje” region, respectively recruiting domestic manpower to jobs in Slovakia and Hungary through the recruiting agency owned by Mr. .......... Csaba, where the Serbian partner would–for a certain commission fee- secure workers of specific vocational profiles in sufficient numbers, appropriate for satisfying the demands and requirements of the Hungarian and Slovak employers.
In addition to these three topics that have moved forward in the process of concretization, There was discussion about collaboration in ecological projects regarding the parts of the Tisa river that flow through Hungary and Serbia, also about mutual work on projects partly financed from Hungarian and Serbian government funds, and projects that are financed from the funds of the European Union
