Le Maroc maintient son objectif d’attirer 20 millions de touristes annuellement, mais n’y arrive toujours pas. Sur les six premiers mois de l’année, et malgré la hausse de 6,6 % par rapport à la même période l’année dernière, ils n’étaient que 5,4 millions à visiter le royaume chérifien.
Pour booster ce chiffre, les autorités marocaines ont décidé de se concentrer sur le marché chinois, premier pourvoyeur de touristes dans le monde avec plus de 150 millions de vacanciers annuellement.
En mai 2016, suite à la visite du roi Mohammed VI à Pékin, il a été décidé de supprimer les visas pour les ressortissants chinois. Une première étape dans le processus de séduction de ces touristes, qui vient d’être complétée par d’autres initiatives concrètes.
Un vol Casablanca-Pékin direct en 13 heures
La Royal Air Maroc (RAM) a confirmé cette semaine la mise en place d’une liaison directe entre l’aéroport Mohammed V de Casablanca et l’aéroport international de Pékin-Daxing à partir du 16 janvier prochain. À bord du dernier B787-9 Dreamliner acquis par la compagnie publique, le vol devrait durer treize heures et transportera plus de 325 passagers à une fréquence de trois liaisons par semaine.
« Royal Air Maroc est fière d’offrir à ses passagers des possibilités de vols directs entre le Maroc et la Chine. Tant attendue, cette nouvelle route aérienne contribuera, à coup sûr, au développement de la destination Maroc auprès du premier marché émetteur mondial de touristes. Elle nous permettra de répondre à un besoin fort exprimé par les opérateurs économiques des deux pays et participera à renforcer davantage les relations commerciales et économiques entre le Maroc et la Chine », explique Abdelhamid Addou, le président-directeur général de la compagnie.
Ctrip s’associe à l’ONMT
En parallèle, et pour d’accroître la visibilité de la destination Maroc en Chine, un partenariat a été signé entre l’Office national marocain du tourisme (ONMT, le marketeur de la destination Maroc) et Ctrip, la plus grande agence chinoise du voyage en ligne, et l’une des plus importantes au monde.
Le président de Ctrip s’est déplacé au Maroc pour rencontrer Adel El Fakir, le directeur général de l’ONMT. Ctrip cumule 300 millions d’utilisateurs actifs pour un chiffre d’affaires de plus de 4 milliards de dollars. « Une opportunité exceptionnelle pour l’ONMT d’approcher les voyageurs chinois », commente-t-on auprès de l’ONMT.
À la suite de cet accord, les deux entités vont pouvoir unir leurs moyens et leurs compétences pour développer le tourisme chinois au Maroc. Ce mémorandum est d’une durée de trois ans et doit permettre au royaume chérifien d’accueillir à terme 500 000 touristes chinois par an.
Des touristes chinois qui dépensent beaucoup
« Ce marché, qui connaît une croissance fulgurante depuis 2016, ouvre, il est vrai, des perspectives de développement hors du commun. Il est donc important pour l’Office de démarcher les plus grands prescripteurs de voyage chinois afin qu’ils nous accompagnent dans notre stratégie », estime Adel El Fakir.
Si en 2018 le Maroc a accueilli 132 000 touristes chinois selon l’ONMT, ils n’étaient que 10 000 trois ans plus tôt. Les touristes chinois représentent désormais 1/5e des dépenses touristiques dans le monde, tant par leurs effectifs que par leur profil volontiers dépensier. Les statistiques de l’ONMT attestent ainsi que 82 % des visiteurs chinois ont opté pour des établissements 4 et 5 étoiles, montrant ainsi leur préférence pour des prestations et des expériences de qualité.

Ctrip forms a partnership with the ONMT
In parallel, and in order to increase the visibility of destination Morocco in China, a partnership has been signed between the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT, the marketer for destination Maroc) and Ctrip, the biggest online Chinese travel agency, and one of the most important in the world.
The president of Ctrip travelled to Morocco to meet Adel El Fakir, the general manager of the ONMT. Ctrip racks up 300 million active users for a turnover of more than 4 billion dollars. “An exceptional opportunity for the ONMT to reach Chinese travellers,” says one member with the ONMT.
Following this agreement, the two organisations will be able to pool their resources and their skills to develop Chinese tourism in Morocco. This memorandum is for a duration of three years and should allow the Sharifian kingdom to eventually host 500,000 Chinese tourists per year.
Chinese tourists who spend a lot

L'envie de voyager des Suisses ne se dément pas: 88% d'entre eux partent au moins une fois par an en vacances ou entreprennent au moins un voyage privé de trois jours par an.
Près de la moitié des Suisses part trois fois ou plus en vacances par an, pour une durée de minimum trois jours, selon une enquête présentée mercredi par Allianz Partners Suisse en collaboration avec l'institut d'études de marché Link auprès de 1000 personnes. Les voyages longs sont encore plus appréciés que les courts, a expliqué le chef d'Allianz Partners Schweiz, Olaf Nink, mercredi, devant des médias réunis à Zurich.
Seuls 11% des interviewés ne voyagent pas
Les voyageurs associent le développement durable aux moyens de transport. Un bon quart des interrogés affirment voyager en train ou ne jamais utiliser ou rarement l'avion. Il s'agit d'un voeu pieux, a suggéré M. Nink, au regard des très bons chiffres du trafic passager des aéroports.
Malgré l'engouement médiatique autour de la militante écologiste Greta Thunberg, le changement climatique n'est qu'un sujet mineur: dans deux tiers des agences de voyage, il est évoqué dans moins de 5% des réservations.
La question climatique
Mais près de 40% des agences de voyage estiment que le thème du changement climatique prendra de l'ampleur à l'avenir, a expliqué Christian Laesser, professeur spécialisé dans le tourisme à l'Université de Saint-Gall, se référant à une autre étude menée par la Fédération suisse du voyage (FSV) et l'Université de Saint-Gall auprès de 331 agences en Suisse.
C'est plutôt le problème du surtourisme qui inquiète les voyageurs. Un petit tiers d'agences de voyage proposent, de leur propre initiative, des alternatives à des destinations trop fréquentées. Les Alémaniques sont plus actifs sur ce plan que les Romands, selon M. Laesser.
Croissance du chiffre d'affaires des agences de voyage
Les agences de voyages suisses ont connu une nouvelle année de croissance l'an dernier. Mais pour 2019, les affaires semblent plus incertaines.
Le chiffre d'affaires moyen par agence a augmenté en 2018 de 3,4% à 2,98 millions de francs, a indiqué la Fédération suisse du voyage (FSV). Le chiffre d'affaires par employé est passé en moyenne de 0,91 million à 0,96 million. Il s'agit de la deuxième hausse consécutive.
Mais d'autres indicateurs prêtent moins à sourire. Le rendement net moyen est tombé à 1,0%, selon l'enquête menée par la FSV et l'Université de Saint-Gall. Cela s'explique par la poursuite de l'érosion des honoraires des consultants, effective depuis trois ans.
La tenue des affaires de l'an passé peut être jugée satisfaisante. En revanche, les perspectives à court terme se sont quelque peu assombries. Les spécialistes supposent que les dossiers seront de plus en plus petits, tout comme les chiffres d'affaires et les marges. La marche des affaires est plutôt lente cette année. Et nul ne sait comment elles vont se développer cet automne.

El retinoblastoma es un tipo de tumor raro, que representa únicamente un 3% de los cánceres pediátricos. Sin embargo, es el tumor intraocular más frecuente en esta población.
La variación en la incidencia a nivel mundial, se atribuye a la susceptibilidad genética y a la exposición ambiental de cada paciente. Cerca de 3.000 niños mueren por retinoblastoma cada año en el mundo, con la mayor incidencia en Asia y África.
Existen dos formas diferentes de tumor según su afectación genética, se asocia a diferentes presentaciones clínicas principalmente en la lateralidad y el mecanismo de desarrollo del tumor, sin embargo, tienen una histología similar.
Generalmente los pacientes se diagnostican en edad preescolar, siendo un 70% de los casos unilaterales no hereditarios. El retinoblastoma es potencialmente curable, en las últimas décadas su pronóstico ha mejorado considerablemente.
La aparición de segundas neoplasias malignas está asociada principalmente a los pacientes con retinoblastoma de tipo germinal o hereditario.
El aplicar tratamientos con radioterapia aumenta aún más la posibilidad de que se presenten, por lo cual, existe una tendencia a irradiar menos y a utilizar más el tratamiento con quimioterapia.

The variation in the incidence worldwide is attributed to the genetic suceptibility and environmental exposure of each patient. About 3000 children die from retinoblastoma each year in the world, with the highest incidence in Asia and Africa.
There are two forms of tumour according to their genetic involvement associated with different clinical presentations mainly in the laterality and the mechanism of tumour development. However, they have a similar histology.
Generally, patients are diagnosed at preschool age, being 70% of unilateral non-hereditary cases. Retinoblastoma is potentially curable; in the last decades, its prognosis has considerably improved.
The appearance of second malignant neoplasia is mainly associated with patients with germline and hereditary retinoblastoma.
Applying treatments with radiotherapy further increases the possibility of their occurrence, so there is a tendency to radiate less and use chemotherapy more.
External radiotherapy has been considered one of the pillars in the treatment of retinoblastoma, conservatively in patients with early disease with a good level of vision and, in adjuvant in cases of advanced diagnosis.

La prevalencia de síntomas depresivos casi se triplican en mujeres y en general los trastornos de salud mental tienden a afectar más a este sector de la población.
Dentro de los trastornos de salud mental, el consumo problemático de drogas ha adquirido mayor visibilidad en los últimos años en la población femenina.
Es un fenómeno complejo y multicausal, y tiende a estar entrelazado con otras problemáticas de índole psicosocial.
De las 55 mujeres tratadas el año 2015, en el Centro de Tratamiento Ambulatorio Novadia, un 82% tiene antecedentes de violencia intrafamiliar y/o abuso sexual.
El objetivo del presente artículo es evidenciar la estrecha relación existente entre los trastornos por usos de sustancias (TUS) y las violencias contra las mujeres (VCM), así como los modos en que ambos fenómenos se concatenan, desde una perspectiva de género.
El situarse desde un enfoque de género permite dar cuenta de los efectos de la socialización de género e implica identificar las problemáticas específicas que aquejan a las mujeres que acuden a nuestros centros y los efectos de haber sido socializadas como tales, incluyendo las consecuencias en su trayectoria de consumo (motivaciones, procesos de recaídas, patrones de consumo, etc.).

Intel annuncia e mostra finalmente le sue nuove GPU discrete da gaming. Si parte da Intel Arc 3 per ultrabook e laptop di fascia bassa, ma presto arriveranno i modelli superiori.
L'annuncio delle GPU Intel Arc conferma ancora una volta gli interessi di Intel per la grafica nel campo dei portatili, ma questa volta parliamo di soluzioni discrete PCIe 4.0 per laptop da gaming. Buona ma non straordinaria invece l'autonomia, che coi 5000 mAh della batteria consente di chiudere sì la giornata, ma senza grandi margini sulla base di un utilizzo normale. Lato software, la personalizzazione passa attraverso la OneUI 4.1 su Android 12, una versione assolutamente ottima e in grado di supportare le funzioni extra del telefono senza appesantire affatto l'esperienza del sistema operativo. Ovviamente tutta questa ricchezza tecnologica si fa pagare, dato che si parte da un listino di 1279€ capace di arrivare fino a 1689€: si tratta ovviamente di cifre fuori scala, ma che hanno un senso vista la scheda tecnica e le capacità dello smartphone.
