Though
young, I have had three years of professional experience as a regular employee
responsible for translations in commercial settings and in the cultural sector.
Since then, I have been a freelancer for various translation agencies for two
years, alongside completing my PhD in Literary Studies.
My personal
touch consists in paying profound attention to the semantical and stylistic
dimensions of texts. I genuinely feel strongly about the importance of
human-based translation, guaranteeing a qualitative, attentive translation,
supplemented by the ease of machine-based translation;
I accept
assignments in the following language pairs: French/English/German/Italian/Afrikaans
to Dutch; Dutch to English and Dutch to French.
I have an
average daily output 6,000 words.
Rates-
translations: 0,07 euro/word; proofreading: 0,03 euro/word; subtitling per
minute: 6 euro (when script provided).
