Main activities and responsibilities Detailed appraisal of applications for EEA grants and detailed monitoring of projects, which received EEA and Norway grants, during their implementation and after completion in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania, including site visits. Interacting with an applicant, the National Focal Point, other resource persons dealing with the EEA Financial mechanism, task managers of the FMO and relevant country authorities. Writing of individual appraisal or monitoring reports according to the standard defined by the FMO and SCIH, FMO Appraisal Manual, the FMO guidelines Gender Equality Policy & Guide, Good Governance and Anti-corruption Policy & Guide, Sustainable Development Policy & Guideline, Revenue Generating Guideline and Publicity Guideline. Answering questions risen by the FMO, integration of answers into the final reports. Consultancy and commenting of applicant’s responds provided for the SCIH and FMO.
