This certificate was established on December 31 st 1990, at 12:53 PM by Jeanne Grason, married name Gaillochon, 55 years old, office manager, living in Chateauroux at 216 Avenue de Verdun. Upon reviewing the certificate, Mr. Henri Julier, Territory Attaché, Chateauroux Civil Officer by proxy from the mayor signed the set forth certificate.
