This sandwich panel with glass wool core and steel liner sheets fulfills all the requirements for “non-combustible construction materials“. This has been specifically designed by processing the glass wool in a continuous production line using 80 % recycled materials and saving natural resources. By optimizing the density of the insulation core these sandwich panels have a significantly lower weight than the normal rock wool panels. This means that, especially for longer panels, there is a significant cost reduction. Due to the variety of possible combinations of products with an insulating core of polyurethane, glass wool or rock wool fire, acoustic and thermal requirements can all be achieved without any visual impact.

Acest panou sandwich, prevăzut cu interior din vată de sticlă şi înveliş din tablă de oţel, îndeplinește toate cerințele specifice “materialelor de construcţii incombustibile“. Este proiectat special prin prelucrarea vatei de sticlă în linia de producţie continuă, utilizând materiale reciclabile în proporţie de 80%, contribuind astfel la salvarea resurselor naturale. Prin optimizarea densităţii interiorului izolant, aceste panouri sandwich beneficiază de o greutate semnificativ mai mică faţă de panourile izolante de azbest, ceea ce presupune o reducere substanţială a costurilor, în special în cazul panourilor de lungimi mari. Datorită unei largi varietăţi de combinaţii posibile de produse cu interior izolant din spumă poliuretanică, fibră de sticlă sau azbest, atât condiţiile termice cât şi cele fonice pot fi îndeplinite fără crearea unui impact visual puternic.

This procedure ascertains the greasing method of the bearings in the constructive version indicated below:
2. Requisite tools and devices
-manual greaser
-precision scales with 0.5g
-weights
-special devices for seals greasing
3. Operating procedures
1 Clean the working bench with paper and industrial alcohol.
Use clean working gloves.
2 Fill the greaser with grease, as indicated in the related documentation.
Cover the grease container after each filling of the greaser, in order to avoid product contamination.
3 Create pressure in the pump by pressing the rod.
Remove the air by pressing the one-way valve ball.
4 Calculate the amount of grease to be inserted between the rollers, by dividing the total amount by the number of bearing rollers. (Example:160g:120 role=1.33g/roller)
Filling with grease
Area between the rollers: 0.16kg
Rollers outer area: 0.03kg
Raceway area: min 0.10kg/max 0.15kg
5 Tare the scales by pressing the tare key; weigh the amount of grease that is pushed at a press of the greaser; the amount should be max + / -0.2 g with respect to the calculated value.
Tare the scales with the greaser on it.
6 Place the inner ring with the wide end of the rollers upwards; mark the greasing beginning area.
7 Weigh the greaser again after completing the greasing process; check if the amount of grease introduced is the right one. (Example:in this particular case 160g:2 raceways=80g/raceway)
8 Determine the necessary amount of grease for the rollers outer area. (Example:
30g:2=15g/raceway)
Filling with grease:
Area between the rollers: 0.16kg
Rollers outer area: 0.03kg
Raceway area: min 0.10kg/max 0.15kg
9 Weigh twice the amount used to cover a row of rollers. (Example:15g)
10 Evenly distribute the amount of grease on the rollers outer area.
11 Weigh the amount of grease to be used for the raceway AR. (Example:100g÷150g)
12 Cover one raceway uniformly with grease.
13 Place the inner ring on the outer ring, then add a weight; rotate at least one full rotation of approximately 360º, to even the grease.
14 Repeat steps 12 and 13 for the other outer ring raceway.
15 Mount the retaining ring that secures the two inner rings by pressing.
16 Position the seals manually; pressing requires the use of special devices. The first seal is pressed with a device, whereas the second one with two devices.
17 Check seals dimension compliance with the documentation, after pressing the second seal.

Acopera recipientul cu vaselina dupa fiecare umplere a gresorului pentru a nu contamina produsul.

Creaza presiune in pompa prin apasarea tijei.
Elimina aerul prin apasa bilei supapei de sens
4 Calculeaza cantitatea de vaselina care trebuie introdusa intre role, prin impartirea cantitatii totale la nr de role ale rulmentului.(Ex:160g:120 role=1.33g /rola)
5 Tareaza cantarul prin prin apasarea tastei ’’TARA’’; cantareste cantitatea de vaselina care este impinsa la o apasare a gresorului; cantitatea trebuie sa fie cu max+/-0,2g fata valoarea calculata. Tareaza cantarul cu gresorul pe el.

Aseaza inelul interior cu baza mare a rolelor in sus; marcheaza zona de inceput a gresarii
7 Cantareste din nou gresorul dupa finalizarea gresarii; verifica daca cantitatea de vaselina care a fost introdusa este cea corecta.(Ex;in cazul nostru 160g:2 cai rulare=80g/cale rulare)

Determina cantitatea de vaselina care se va pune pe exteriorul rolelor (Ex:30g:2=15g/cale rulare)

Cantareste de 2 ori cantitatea care se pune peste un rand de rola. (Ex:15g)

Distribuie uniform cantitatea de vaselina peste exteriorul rolelor
11
Cantareste cantitatea de vaselina care trebuie pusa pe calea de rulare AR. Ex100g÷150g)

Uniformizeaza cantitatea de vaselina de pe o care de rulare
13
Aseaza inelul interior peste cel exterior, apoi pune o greutate;roteste cel putin o rotatie completa la aprox. 360º, pentru uniformizarea vaselinei

Repeta pasii 12 si 13 si la cealalta cale de rulare a inelului exterior
15
Monteaza inelul de siguranta care fixeaza cele 2 inele interioare prin apasare
16
Pozitioneaza manual garniturile de etansare;la presare se folosesc dispozitive speciale. Prima garnitura se preseaza cu un dispozitiv iar a doua cu doua dispozitive.

Verifica daca s-a obtinut cota peste garnituri din documentatie dupa presarea celei de-a 2-a garnituri.
