1. On 11 June 2007, an Indictment against the Accused known by the pseudonym of GAA was issued. It contained six counts, namely: giving false testimony under solemn declaration (Count I);contempt of the Tribunal (Count II); and varius attempts to commit acts punishable as contempt of the Tribunal (Counts III to VI). This Indictment was confirmed on 11 June 2007.

1.El 11 de junio de 2007, se libró una Acusación contra el acusado, a quien se conoce por el seudónimo de GAA. La acusación contenía seis cargos, a saber: dar falso testimonio bajo declaración solemne (Cargo I);3 desacato al Tribunal (Cargo II),4 y varias tentativas de cometer actos punibles como desacato al Tribunal (Cargos III a VI).5 Esta Acusación fue confirmada el 11 de junio de 2007.6

Source text - Spanish Artículo 384: NEGLIGENCIA. Las medidas de prueba deberán ser pedidas, ordenadas y practicadas dentro del plazo correspondiente. Es en el interés de las partes que estas medidas sean diligenciadas rápidamente. En el supuesto de que las medidas de prueba no fuesen diligenciadas, debido a omisión de las autoridades encargadas de recibirlas, las partes interesadas podrán pedir que se practiquen antes de los alegatos, siempre que la parte que ofreció la prueba hubiese informado al juzgado de las dificultades y requerido las medidas necesarias para activar la producción.
Translation - English Article 384: NEGLIGENCE. Evidentiary steps shall be requested, ordered and practiced within the specified time period. It is in the interest of the parties that these steps be taken in due time. In the event that the evidentiary steps were not taken, due to omission incurred by the authorities in charge of receiving them, the interested parties may request that they be practiced before the initial statements, provided that the party that had offered the evidence had informed the court of the difficulties and had requested the necessary steps to activate their production.
