Source text - Polish Restorative Justice has been defined as a process through which parties with a stake in a specific offence collectively resolve how to deal with the aftermath of the offence and its implications for the future. Restorative Justice can take the form of victim-offender mediation either through direct contact between the offender and victim or indirect communication involving third parties. It can also involve restitution or reparation where this is agreed between offenders and their victims.

Sprawiedliwość naprawcza może mieć formę mediacji poszkodowany-przestępca zarówno drogą kontaktu bezpośredniego, jak również drogą komunikacji pośredniej poprzez zaangażowanie stron trzecich. I have a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (English Law) and often work in courts during hearings providing simultaneous and consecutive interpreting service in English and Polish languages. I also provide translations (certificates, diaries, statements, letters or any other written evidence) that are later used by barristers and solicitors in legal proceedings.
I am also a qualified archivist and read/transcribe/translate old manuscripts written in Latin and Elizabethan English (Early Modern English).
