I am a writer based in São Paulo, Brazil with a passion for language since a very young age. As a child, I would watch my brother play video games while memorizing every translation I could.

I joined the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) right out of high school and got my BA in Portuguese/English Language and Literature. This prestigious Brazilian university also offered me the opportunity to act as an English instructor, to teach creative writing classes in workshops, and to earn a 2-year scholarship for research in Applied Linguistics.

In my undergraduate years, I offered translation services for colleagues and professors in various research fields. I also started working for agencies at that time, amassing experience in Oil & Gas, Law, Pharmaceuticals, Marketing, Finances and much more. Since then, I've become an expert in software localization, particularly games, and got credited in projects that were real childhood dreams, such as Final Fantasy VII: Remake and StarCraft: Remastered.

Aside from all this experience, I've taken courses in film acting, voice acting, audio production, guitar & piano playing, and others. I believe that being in touch with their target language's culture and current trends is what makes or breaks a localizer. With these tools on hand, I aim to provide my clients with localizations that are sure to hit the mark.
