Source text - English 4 Damper Inspection
The activating mechanism keeps the dampers on stand-by during their entire life cycle in accordance with the Operation manual issued by the manufacturer. Without the manufacturer’s consent it is not permitted to alter the dampers in any way nor perform any changes to their structure.
The operator performs regular checks of the dampers according to established regulations and standards at least once
in 12 months. The check needs to be performed by an employee who has been specifically trained for this purpose by the manufacturer. The current fire damper condition determined during
the inspection needs to be entered into an operating journal along with the date of the inspection, a legible name, surname
and signature of the employee who performed the inspection. The journal includes a copy of the employee’s authorization.
If any discrepancies are discovered, these need to be entered in the operating journal along with a proposal for their removal.
The journal can be found on the last but one page of this manual. Immediately after the damper installation and activation it needs to be checked with the identical conditions as apply for the above mentioned 12-month inspections. Brandspjällens befintliga kondition fastställd under inspektionen måste föras in i en driftsjournal tillsammans med datum för inspektionen, ett läsbart namn, efternamn och underskrift av den anställde som utförde inspektionen. 1) New connection pipe between the Quench tank 09 overflow and CrVI Elimination tank and new manual ball valve AS-09-HV-01 within this pipe.
The connection pipe is intended for taking of overflowen liquid from the tank 09 to CrVI Elimination tank.
The manual valve AS-09-HV-01 is closed = Overflowen liquid from the tank 09 is taken into the CrVI elimination tank.
The manual valve AS-09-HV-01 is open = Overflowen liquid from the tank 09 is going to Regular discharge pipe.
2) New cover lids for coating tank 24, 25 and 26.
Cover lids on the coating tanks are intended for reduction of fumes above these tanks. Cover lids are open only for immersing/ lowering of a C-hook into these tanks.
For commissioning of the cover lids for the coating tanks ensure following steps are given:
Procedures according to the chapter 4.1.1. First step of commissioning are done.
Verify there is sufficient pressure of the compresed air in the distribution system. At HMI screen „Treatment“ check pressure sensor BP42-01. Pressure of the compressed air should be above 6 bar.
Verify manual valve TL-09A-HV-04 for tank 24, TL-09A-HV-05 for tank 25, TL-09A-HV-06 for tank 26 is open (manual valve on the pressure air pipe prior each tank).
Lids are ready for operation according to the operation instructions.
For operation of the cover lids for the coating tank ensure following steps are given:
During regular operation of the Wire Pickling line the lids are operated automatically.
During manual operation and maintenance operation the lids are controlled manually via HMI or Mobile panel. For detailed information see instructions for HMI and Mobile panel.
New manual ball valve by the quench tank 09.
New lids on the tank 24, 25 and 26.

Kontrollera att det finns tillräckligt tryck på tryckluften i distributionssystemet. Kontrollera tryckmätaren BP42-01 på HMI skärmen "Behandling". Tryckluftens tryck bör vara över 6 bar.
Kontrollera att manuell ventil TL-09A-HV-04 för kar 24, TL-09A-HV-05 för kar 25, TL-09A-HV-06 för kar 26 är öppen (manuell ventil på tryckluftsröret innan varje kar).
Locken är klara för drift enligt driftsinstruktionerna.
För drift av beläggningskarets täcklock säkerställ att dessa steg efterföljs:
Under ordinär drift av trådbetningslinjen sköts driften av locken automatiskt.

Background: There is an increased interest in alternative treatments that reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy by lowering the drug concentration, whilst maintaining potency against cancer cells. Previous studies have demonstrated that arabinoxylan from rice bran, MGN- 3/Biobran, sensitizes human breast cancer cells (BCC) to daunorubicin (DNR). In the present study, we further evaluated the ability of MGN-3 to sensitize cells to another chemotherapy agent, paclitaxel. Materials and Methods: Non- metastatic MCF-7 (human BCC) and metastatic 4T1 (murine BCC) cells were cultured with different concentrations of paclitaxel in the presence or absence of MGN-3. Cell survival, DNA damage, and cell proliferation were examined. Results: MGN-3 increased the susceptibility of both types of cancer cells to paclitaxel by over 100-fold. Mechanistically, MGN-3 works synergistically with paclitaxel by causing DNA damage, enhancing apoptosis, and inhibiting cell proliferation in 4T1 cells. Conclusion: Our data demonstrate that MGN-3 is an effective chemosensitizer and may represent a novel adjuvant for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer.

Bakgrund: Det finns ett ökat intresse för alternativa behandlingar som minskar toxiciteten med kemoterapi genom att sänka läkemedelskoncentrationen, samtidigt som potensen mot cancerceller upprätthålls. Tidigare studier har visat att arabinoxylan från riskli, MGN-3/Biobran, sensibiliserar mänskliga bröstcancerceller (BCC) till daunorubicin (DNR). I den aktuella studien utvärderade vi ytterligare förmågan hos MGN-3 att medvetandegöra celler till ett annat kemoterapeutiskt medel, paklitaxel. Most important info about me can be found in my CV, available to anyone who has a serious interest in my services. I was born in Sweden, where I also grew up and have been resident the major part of my life. However, I moved to Czech Republic in 2004 to live with my Czech partner, who also work as a freelance translator.
While I have made various translations in my main language pair, mostly on idealistic basis, since about 1990 may main career as a freelance translator didn't take off until after after I moved to Czech Republic. My partners agency, coming to know about my language origin, asked about my ability to translate an English document into Swedish, which I agreed to and accepted. The client was very happy with the result and I have since accepted and completed over 20 projects through this agency, both in the pairs Czech to Swedish and English to Swedish.
Since becoming a paying member on proz.com a few years ago, I have also established a relationship with another Czech translation agency which have provided several projects, among others as part of the team that translated the Tender documents for Škoda's bid for building tramway wagons for Gothenburg tramway system.
Since both the agencies mentioned above are located in Czech Republic, the amount of projects they can offer in my main language pair are limited, hence I am also open for other offerings.
I don't have an academic education to underwrite my value, but, when it comes to translation I dare to say I am very good in understanding English as well as expressing myself in Swedish and at the end of the day I believe that's what counts.
I prefer to work with projects that's given enough time to allow for a careful and error free translation. While I'm equipped with the type of curious mind that is able to wrap around basically any subject (if given enough time) my special fiends are computers, software and IT (I am also a programmer and build computers for myself and others), anything technical or electronic (I just have a mind for it), matters regarding environment and alternative ways of living/eating for a better and healthier life (that's how I delay my own aging).
I think I can offer a very competitive price with excellent quality, based on the type of project, quality of source documents, urgency of delivery etc. which are agreed on individually with each client after I have had the option to judge the documents. If I judge it necessary I always give a motivation to why I ask for specific price to take on a project. My aim is to deliver quality justifying the price.
