Have previously edited an article on historical developments of civil law in Japan written by a Japanese professor, worked on a contractual basis as an interpreter at small meetings on how to expand the market share of English-education softwares in Japan, temporarily served as an interpreter in an international forum on community policing and in a small political science class for an American guest professor at a Japanese university, translated Japanese articles on world history and international relations for an English-speaking professor, currently editing a Japanese professor's thesis on arbitration in Japan which is written in English. For interpreting, $15 and above per hour or $100 and above per day excluding cost of traveling, although prices are negotiable depending on how much expertise is required on the matter. |
