Hello!

I am a freelance translator of texts from English and Spanish to Swedish, my mother tongue. I am of a curious minded personality, with a passion for digging deep into the layers of meanings and a talent for expressing nuances. Since I completed my MA in translation in 2013, I have been freelancing as a translator, working with both literary and non-fiction texts.

Since September 2017, I am a member of Oktagon Translator Team, a cooperation network of eight independent translators who all translate into Swedish from a variety of languages.

What I do

I mostly work with EU texts (in subject areas such as agriculture, biodiversity, migration, trade and foodstuff, and with many kinds of text types) and general marketing texts, and sometimes with textile, logistics and tourism.

However, out of personal interest, I am also interested in texts on development aid, nature and outdoor activities, environment, culture, music and martial arts.
