1. Efficacia delle premesse e consistenza del contratto
Le premesse che precedono costituiscono parte integrante e sostanziale del presente contratto costituito da n. 13 (tredici) pagine e redatto in due originali e sarà registrato soltanto in caso d’uso. Le spese di registrazione faranno carico alla parte inadempiente.
2. Oggetto del presente contratto
2.1. L’Affiliante concede all’Affiliato, che accetta, di entrare a far parte della propria rete di “Spazi in franchising” per commercializzare i prodotti specificati nel Catalogo dei prodotti, allegato al presente contratto (Allegato 2). Detto catalogo sarà suscettibile di modifiche nel tempo ad insindacabile giudizio della Affiliante.
Translation - English Now therefore, based on the above premises, , the parties agree hereto as follows:
1. Legal validity of the premises and consistency of the contract
The above premises form integral and substantive part of this agreement of 13 (thirteen) pages and printed in two original copies and will be registered only when used. The registration costs will be on the breaching party.
2. Subject of this agreement:
2.1. The Franchisor shall allow the Franchisee, who accepts, to join its own network of “Shop in shops” to trade the products listed in the “Catalogue of Products” here attached (attachment n.2). The said catalogue will be subject to modification under unquestionable decision of the franchisor.

Con la presente scrittura il Sig. …………….. assume l’incarico di agire come procacciatore d’affari per conto della società …………………………., al fine di promuovere in modo saltuario ed occasionale la vendita dei prodotti commercializzati dall'incaricante e trasmettere a questa gli eventuali ordini raccolti.
2. Svolgimento dell’incarico
Il presente incarico, che per il procacciatore costituisce attività occasionale verso l’incaricante, sarà liberamente svolto senza alcun vincolo di stabilità e subordinazione nei confronti dell’incaricante, con piena libertà di orario, di impiego del suo tempo e di scelta di organizzazione.
Al procacciatore non è conferito alcun potere di rappresentanza né questi potrà in alcun modo impegnare l’incaricante verso terzi.
Le prestazioni di cui al presente contratto sono configurate come prestazioni occasionali per cui, mancando i requisiti oggettivi e soggettivi, non sono soggette alla ritenuta contributiva a favore di qualsiasi Ente previdenziale.
Translation - English 1. Object of the contract
By this deed Mr …………….. gets appointed to act as Business Procurer for the company , with the purpose of promoting on an occasional and sporadic basis the sale of the products traded by the Principal and of transmitting to the Principal any orders collected.
2. Carrying out the assignment
This assignment, which for the Business Procurer constitutes occasional activity towards the Principal, will be freely carried out without any bond of stability and subordination towards the Principal, with full freedom of time, use of his time and choice of organization.
The Procurer is not given any power of representation nor can he in any way engage the Principal to third parties.
The services referred to in this contract are configured as occasional services for which, in the absence of objective and subjective requirements, they are not subject to withholding tax in favor of any social security institution.
