Spanish to English: Autonomous search algorithm for learning materials and their use in collaborative feedback creation General field: Other Detailed field: Education / Pedagogy
Translation - English Intentional or non-intentional formative feedback in the first years of higher education is crucial for students, as it influences their professional identity and plays a vital role in the creation of their learning. [1] In this way, the use of feedback can convert an assessment into an instrument for developing learning. [2], and even more significantly, feedback improves the depth of learning. [3]
The information communication process between teachers and students is one of the most important aspects of feedback, and difficulties for both the teacher and the students can be observed and this process. This entails extra work for the teacher, as feedback creation is being implemented for more courses per academic period which are, in turn, also becoming more numerous [4]. In this sense, feedback creation implies additional workload for the teacher and their assistants, and if the content demanded by the student is also customized, this translates into a considerable increase in academic workload.
