Hello!

Thanks for visiting my profile. After five years of professional experience in the American higher education system, as an academic advisor, I decided to change careers and become a professional translator. I recently formed Ana Crespo Translation and Publishing Solutions LLC, and cannot wait to start building my clientele. I would like to focus my translation services on a few particular areas:

Academic transcripts (Históricos Escolares)
Academic papers (Textos Acadêmicos)
CVs and Cover Letters (Currículos e Cartas de Apresentação)
Children's literature (Literatura Infantil)
Tourism and Travel (Turismo e Viagem)
Sports (Esportes)

While the three first areas are connected to my professional expertise, children's literature is a passion of mine, as I am also an aspiring author. Similarly, my family and I love to travel, having been to several National Parks, and I would welcome the opportunity to translate texts in that area as well.

I have a degree in journalism, from Brazil, and a Master of Education in Career and Technology Education, from Bowling Green State University, in Ohio. Additionally, I have a certificate in Distance Education from Indiana University and have participated in several professional development opportunities in areas such as diversity, military education, and early childhood education.
