WORK EXPERIENCE

I am currently working as a lawyer in a prestigious law firm in Milan (Pavesi Gitti Verzoni Law Firm).

I have started working as a freelance translator in 2008, providing legal translations of contracts (english > italian; spanish > italian) to Italian companies with respect to the renewable energy field. I have then started working as legal translator for a Belgian Law Firm, providing legal translations of a wide range of contracts (french > italian) as listed above (translation services section) and I have continued working as a freelance translator for many lawfirms and companies. I am now working as a freelance legal translator for the Court of Justice of the European Union and for several law firms.

As regards my previous experiences, I worked as a legal intern in Milan (2006-2008), where I collaborated with two Italian law firms, providing legal advice on commercial law, corporate law, consumers law and intellectual property law issues for Italian and international clients; I also conducted depositions, prepared notes, drafted contracts and settlement letters. After I completed the LL.M. in European Union Law, in 2009, I moved to Luxembourg where I worked as a trainee at the General Court of the European Union, within the cabinet of the Spanish Judge, where I conducted research activity and drafted Court decisions in respect of Intellectual Property issues. In 2010, I moved to Brussels, Belgium, where I worked as a trainee at the DG Competition of the European Commission, being involved in the process of review of Commission Regulations related to State aid.
